*Milly's POV*

I woke up at 8am and jumped in the shower I got out and got dressed in to my black tight skirt and white blouse and black flat's and put my hair in a side plait and only put on little makeup so I look natural and I sat their looking at the clock whilst Jess got ready.

*Jess's POV*

I got ready and looked at Milly who was just staring at the clock. I texted Ross saying,

We are leaving now so u do the same go to brackmills courts area 4 room 8 meet us outside she doesn't know ur coming yet

"Milly we need to leave now" i said .

"Okay"

We got into the car and drove to the court the whole ride their was silent and no one spoke.

*Milly's POV*

When we arrived we walked up to the court waiting room and in saw Ross their great all I need!!

"What are u doing here " I said in a snotty tone.

"I came to help u he hit me with his car he is gunna pay" he said back I walked over to the other side of the room and sat down.

"Miss Perch and witnesses follow me please"

We did what she said. here goes nothing i thought.

*Milly's POV*

*4 hours later *

We done or he is in prison for life. I'm free finally. we walked out the room.

"I'm free" I shouted everyone looked at me and laughed I didn't care I started doing this weird dance.

*Ross's POV*

"I'm free" she shouted and I laughed but I still couldn't believe what he put her through but at least she feel's better and by the looks of it she is happy she is doing her crazy dance I gave Jessica the hand signal and I left I went back to school and went to set up the hall I put candles all over the hall and rose petal's trial up to the stage where I layed a blanket down and put to pillows their i also made a little picnic and I grabbed my guitar and texted Jess.

*Milly's POV*

Jess said we are going for a walk.

"Close your eye's" she said.

"Why" I questioned.

"Just do it " I did as she said then she lead me into the hall I opened my eye's and the whole room was glowing especially the pool it was beautiful then Ross came out and started playing the song he wrote for me I looked back and Jess was gone as Ross was walking over to me.

By the time he was finished we were face to face.

"You don't know how guilty I feel just to leave like but I had to save the band and when I found out that he got to u again I really Hated myself for not being able to protect you and I knew u wouldn't listen to me so I had to perform and write a song for you and so I had to find a way to get you to talk to me so Jess helped me organise this for you" he said I was speechless he could tell.

"Come and sit down" he said I did what he said and sat down. We sat in silence and we ate some food.

"I'm sorry for over reacting when u left" I finally said.

"You didn't I should've been her to protect you" he said.

"Ross it was not ur fault at least he didn't take my virginity from me and he is out my life for good" I said. a smile crept on his face.

"And u can wipe that smile of ur face " I laughed.

"I'm glad he didn't take it from you I want to be the one that does that" he said I just laughed he is so cheesy. I shoved him the chest.

"No but seriously you changed me back into the person I was before and I only way I could get attention from you was if I annoy and when I wasn't with you I missed you like crazy I'm in love with you Milly" he said I froze.

*Ross's POV*

She just froze.

"Hello?" I said

"You don't have-" but before I could even finished she kissed me I felt fireworks explode in my stomach.

"I love you too even though your a pain in the ass most of the time" she said I just laughed and picked her up.

"Hollywood put me down now" she shouted before I could I jumped in the pool with her in my arms and we we resurfaced she just kissed me.

*Milly's POV*

We packed up and walked back.

"I'm staying at Jessica's tonight I promised her" I said and he gave me a puppy face.

"Don't leave me" he said

"Sorry I have to Hollywood " I said he engulfed me in a huge huge.

"Bye baby love you" he said I got butterflies .

"Night love you too " I said and went in Jessica's and I told her everything then we went to bed .
