Charming's POV

Panic starts to rise in me. I try to calm down, thinking of the places she could've gone. Granny's, Regina's maybe to get Henry, and yes I was even hoping she was with Hook or Neal. But then I check her dresser. Every piece of clothing she had was gone. She left. I run down stairs to see Snow still lying in bed. I get changed and grab my jacket. "Honey? Where are you going? Where's Emma?" Oh how I hoped she would stay asleep. "Snow, sweetheart, don't be alarmed but Emma's gone," I see that look on her face. That look on her face that made me dread having to say what's next. "And she took all her clothes."

"What!?" I could hear the panic starting to rise in her voice. "Snow, calm down, maybe she just went on a little trip, we never know, maybe she'll come back." "This is all my fault." "Now how is that? No one else is to blame but me. I shouldn't have been too hard on," I could see the heartbreak in her eyes. "But hey, maybe she went to live with...with, god I can't believe I'm saying this, hopefully she went to live with Hook." "I don't know David, I mean she was pretty mad I think-" I cut her off. I couldn't stand to see her this way. "Snow, don't think like that we will find her I promise. I'll meet you at Granny's for lunch ok?" "Ok, but where are you going?" "To see if I can find her, ask around a bit. I'll see you later."

I walk around town hoping to find Emma. Then I remember that Neal asked Emma out last night before she left to go to Hooks ship. I walk into Granny's to see Neal sitting at a table by himself. I sit down in front of him about to speak when he interrupts me. "If you're here to tell me that Emma couldn't make it because she's really stressed or something, don't bother. It's obvious Emma doesn't trust me anymore and can't take the chance of trusting me again, I don't blame her though. The only reason I'm not gone yet is because I'm Henry's father. I'm not going to leave another child in this family fatherless. Honestly I'm not sure he even wants me around, he's more attached to Hook so I-" "Emma's gone. I went to check on her and all her clothes were missing. I was wondering if you knew where she was." "You could check the Jolly Roger. I'm sure Hook has gotten his hands all over her already." "Neal. I need you to focus. Emma is missing and there's a chance she's left. Now you can either help me find her or you can sit here and drown your sorrows in coffee. It's your choice." We sit and silence for a moment until he wraps his hands around his coffee again. I assume this means he's just going to sit here. "Have it your way." I see Mary Margret walking in just as get up. She has a heartbreaking expression that makes me want to run up to her, hug her, and kiss her reassuringly. Saying that everything is okay and will be okay. But I know that's not true. When she lays her eyes on me she her expression changes from tense worry to soft worry. We sit down at a table and start talking. "Any luck?" "No, but I haven't checked the Jolly Roger yet." I made the mistake of looking her in the eye. It breaks my heart to see her like that. "Hey, hey, Snow don't look like that. We'll find her okay." "But what if-" "Mr. Nolan, Ms. Blanchard."

Hook's POV

"HOOK?!" "Ah, what have I done wrong now to insult the prince or his beautiful daughter?" I say as I see no other than Prince Charming, of course, running up on my ship. "Let her go!" His voice sounds strained and tense, almost threatening like. Almost. While my voice stays calm, as always. "Let who go? Emma?" He nods "I can tell you I am not holding Emma captive and if I was....well let's just say I wouldn't be up here working on my ship." "Why I ought a-" "David." His beloved says grabbing his arm which was pulled back to punch me I assume. "Might want to listen to wife mate. What would Emma think of you punching me? Her future husband." I whisper that last part. I figure miss swan wouldn't want me to upset her father even more than he already is. "Do you really think I would've have taken Emma and not left StoryBrooke by now? It's like you don't know me at all mate." "Give a reason why you wouldn't take Emma against her will!" Temper, temper, temper. The man needs to work on temper. I can control my temper. It's only when you hurt the people I love that I lose it. "I'll give you two. One, I love Emma and I wouldn't do a thing to harm her. And two, Emma loves me, so if I really did take her it wouldn't be against her will and we would be half way to the enchanted forest by now." "Oh no,no,no,no,no this means she must've left, she must've left town." Snow says with a heartbroken expression which I would be wearing if I wasn't in shock that Emma left. I just thought she went to Granny's to get a break. I don't blame her with parents like these. I have to find out why she did this. I start thinking of all the things that would want to make Emma leave. And then it hits me. "A question for you, your majesty," I say pointing at Snow. "Who do you go to, to forget a broken heart?"
