iwaizumi should stop. he makes eerie, apologetic treads down the grey sidewalk. exasperated, tired. he should not. but he has to. he did brood over his calloused actions. he's the perpetrator; the one who stole adele's cocaine heart and tossed it aside with his fingers. hajime shivers. no point in dwelling.
he sways, his smoky hair flipping in the wind's mighty breath. hajime just stares onto the ground as if pretending his jaded mind is focusing on the ground when the focal point is the anger rushing toward him. his cheek stings.
"what were you thinking?" koushi growls. his dimples on both cheeks only flare up as his eyes portray conceited betrayal. hajime deserves it. he hangs his head. koushi hesitates, his kind demeanor making a slight comeback. then he continues glaring.
"i'm sorry." hajime shouldn't.
but he did anyways.
"you took asahi's abstinence all because you couldn't get over yourself." hajime winces as the words pierce his head. he can feel the spite coming out of the assemblage. he struggles to find a dulcet response to give back. he can feel the words threatening to tip over.
"oh iwa-chan." the words seem to only the melodious of harmonies that seem to tip the iceberg in hajime's mind. koushi's eyes would have scared away any sane person.
tooru's eloquence would start. hajime would start to ebb into tooru's arms. they would end up in each other, making sweet, sweet love.
koushi shakes his head as hajime shoots him a look for help. he understands. you must do this yourself
lavender wafts into hajime's nose, almost infecting. tooru reaches over to grab hajime's fingers, hajime can feel the evanescent enamor in tooru's fingertips. he instinctively grabs hold.
then lets go.
"no." hajime hardens.
"no?"
"leave me be."
koushi smiles, then remembers the hardened expression painted onto hajime's face. he understands, and with pity, he squeezes hajime's right shoulder.
he won't make another mistake. he will harden.
he'll be careful next time.
hajime used to love tooru
