Chapter 6

*Rose's POV*
I woke up in Colby's arms. I turned over to check my phone. I had a missed text.

Uncle Elton: hey rose whenever you wake up, i need you to come to the garage.

I got out of bed and got dressed. (Outfit above) I brushed my teeth and put my hair up in a bun. I grabbed my camera and went back to the bathroom. I started recording.
"Hey guys! So it is super early. It's about 9 am right now. I got a text from Uncle Elton to meet him in the garage when I wake up. So i got ready and im about to head down to see what Elton wants." I said and turned off the camera.
I walked downstairs and went to the garage. Elton had a pink wig in there for some reason.
"What's the wig for?" I asked.
"Let me tell you.." Elton started.
"Can I record this for a vlog?" I asked.
"Of course you can." He snickered.
"Okay guys, so I came down to the garage and Elton has a pink wig in here. Im about to find out why and I want to share this moment with you." I said to the camera.
"So, Circa was supposed to be pink for what, only 3 weeks. It's been about 3 months. She is still pink. Later tonight, Corey and his two dancers are going to help me prank Colby. I am going to super glue this wig to his head. He messed with Circa, Im gonna mess with the one thing everyone advised me against messing with. Colby's hair. Now don't worry I have a way to get it off safely, but Colby won't find that out until tomorrow." Elton started laughing.
"Are you sure you wanna mess with the hair?" I gasped.
"Oh yes. Yes I do. I just wanted to tell you first so you didn't get upset with me." Elton stated.
"Well guys, you heard it. Colby is going to have a pink wig super glued to his head. I will definitely be vlogging that for you guys. Stay tuned!" I smiled and then shut off my camera.
"I also have a pink princess costume I am gonna make him wear tomorrow morning." Elton showed me the costume.
"It's a child size. Elton is this gonna fit him?" I laughed.
"I guess we will find out tomorrow."
"I am so excited for this prank. This is going to be hilarious."
"Oh i know. And you can vlog it and tell him You're recording for a vlog and he won't question it. Im gonna have Corey record on my camera so I can upload the prank to my channel too. But i give you permission to also upload it to your channel. By the way, let's check how your channel is doing." Elton said as he went on his laptop.
"Good idea, i haven't had the chance to check it yet." I said.
"You already have about 500 subscribers. That's so good for only having the channel up for less than 24 hours." Elton smiled.
"How many hate comments do I have from crazy Colby fan girls?"
"Not as many as you would expect right now."
"Well, that's good. Im very happy to hear that." I said as my phone started ringing.
I answered the facetime from Colby.
"Where'd you go babe?" He asked.
"Oh I'm talking to Elton about my channel. I'll be right up."
"Okay baby girl." He smiled and hung up.
"Okay im gonna go up to Colby's room. Text me 'hey rose' when the prank is gonna start." I said.
"You got it girl." Elton smiled.
I walked into the kitchen and saw Aaron standing there. I haven't gotten to meet him yet because he was gone for a few days when I got here.
"Hey Aaron!" I smiled.
"Oh you're the new roommate right? Colby's girl?" He asked.
"That's me." I replied.
"I'm happy to meet you. I'm sorry i was gone and couldn't meet you right away." He hugged me.
"No need to apologize. I understand. I'm sorry you came back from vacation to a new roommate you've never met before."
"Rose, i trust Elton's judgement. If he trusts you, then I do too. Plus Colby seems to be happier than I have ever seen before. So that's also a plus. Seeing my bro happy for once." He smiled.
"I'm glad you like me. You seem pretty great too. I used to watch your vines actually."
"That's awesome. Well im gonna go finish unpacking. I'll see you soon." He said as he walked up the stairs.
I walked up to Colby's room and he was asleep again. I put my camera and phone on the table next to his bed and laid down. He pulled me close to him in his sleep and held me. I smiled to myself and kissed his cheek. I ended up falling back to sleep too.
We both woke up about two hours later.
"Hello there beautiful." He smiled and kissed me.
"Hi handsome." I smiled and kissed him back.
"What do you want to do today?" He asked.
"Let's just stay home and watch Netflix." I replied, thinking about keeping Colby in the house because i don't know when Elton plans on doing this prank.
"Okay my love." He kissed my forehead.
"I'm gonna go talk to Devyn really quick." I got up and walked out of the room.
I knocked on Corey and Devyn's door.
"ELTON IF THIS IS A PRANK I SWEAR TO GOD!" Corey yelled.
"It's me Rose. Can i talk to devyn?" I laughed.
"Oh okay yeah sure. Babe!!" Corey yelled and Devyn came running around the corner.
"Come here." I said.
We walked out to the back yard and sat down.
"What's up?" She asked.
"He texted me.." I choked on my words.
"What did he say?!" She yelled.
"Hey there my precious little rose, something i wanna tell you. You are horrible and pathetic. I really hope you know that you literally aren't going anywhere. Just keep cutting yourself you stupid bitch." I read her the text from my brother.
"Block his number. Right now." Devyn demanded.
I blocked his number. I looked up at her, tears in my eyes. She grabbed me and hugged me as i started bawling my eyes out.
"Hey dev.. Oh my god rose what's wrong??" I heard Colby's voice.
"Just read that. It's from her brother." Devyn handed him my phone.
He read it and put my phone down. Devyn let go of me and colby held me as I cried.
"NO ONE WILL BE SAD WITH ME AROUND!" Corey ran over and joined in on the hug.
Devyn rejoined the hug.
"Someone is sad?! DAS IST NOT GOOD!" Aaron yelled and joined the hug.
"I might as well join. No one is allowed to be sad." Sam joined in on the hug.
"It's not a real group hug without Uncle Elton!" Elton joined.
I love these humans so much. They're amazing. I am so glad i get to call them my friends.
The group hug stopped. Devyn and i were standing by the pool talking when Colby and Corey walked up to us. Elton was holding a camera.
"Why does elton have a camera?" I asked suspiciously.
"WELCOME TO THE PRANK WARS!" They screamed as they pushed us into the pool.
"COLBY BROCK! Get me a towel! Im wearing white." I said, crossing my arms over my chest.
"Already got one love." He smiled and then handed me the towel.
I wrapped it around me and then looked at Colby, "Someone looks like he needs a hug."
"No no no!" He started laughing as i chased him around the yard.
I never got to hug him because I got tired of running. I went up to my room and changed into a pair of black sweat pants and a maroon tank top. Colby came in and we laid down and cuddled all day. Around 7:00 i received a text.
