Telly Tubbies, we're here with the nomination form.

Entering 

+ Mention the name of the book that is being nominated along with the author's name with respect to the title you're applying for.

Example : 'XYZ' by @123

+ Tag three tellywood fans.

+ Enter your nomination in the inline comment with respect to the title.

+ If you want a title to be added, please PM us.

+ One person can nominate only three books for each genre. Anyone who is nominating more than three books, your nomination won't be considered.

+ The book can be of any genre as long as it's connected in any way to Tellywood.

+ There will be two types of awards for each title. The first one is Reader's Choice Award and the second one is Judge's Choice Award. Further details will be communicated to you as and when necessary.

+ If you cannot find a title that your book fits into, please PM us with the title you want to add. Example : There's no title for Best Gaurika book. Tell us that you want that title to be there.

+ Suggestions are always welcome.

+ If any of the titles have less than 5 nominations, the title will be terminated.
