I'm stunned, stunned with the question he asked me
It had myself, deeper and deeper to see
Is it a question deserved to be answered
But is it even a question worthy to be questioned
I'm stunned, lost in words.
Is it mother or God we love
Is it family or religion we care for
The sea of words I drown to be trapped in
Had puzzled millions and astonished the wise man
Then came over and asked the wise lady
And her mind clouded looking for an answer
For she herself had a mother
And for she is a mother herself
He shook for years in waiting
Waiting for her to come out of her dream
Trapped in the sand of words
And he too was soon lost in words.
But I chose to wake up from the dream
I chose to come back
I chose to see what's right
I chose to be free of the sea of words
I blinked and picked a word
And I chose a word more than one
I see a vision at long last free
I chose to believe that God asked us to love our Mother
Religion to guide our family
That way we have fulfilled our missionaries now and yet to come
But there people still stuck in the sea of words
There are still millions to pick
And million more perspectives of the picture
