Skyler's POV: My mom had just dropped me off at work. I was a little nervous about coming to work today, just knowing that the boss may come today is just crazy. You may think what's the big deal well let me tell you. The boss is never here cause his main office or hotel is in the USA so I haven't met him yet. A lot of people say that he is really cold person and that to the only people he isn't like that is with his family and The F's 4. Plus I think his son well one of them is coming with him and well... all of his sons have what others call anger management issues.
I once heard that the oldest out of the boss's sons, he got into a fight with a coworker cause he spilled coffee on the floor by accident. So I'm a bit scared of what could happened. But I need to start thinking positive, nothing will happen. Going into the hotel I saw a lot of my coworkers look at me with sad looks or with sorry looks. I don't get why they would look at me like that. I saw my boss, well the head of my department coming my way with a dad look on her face. Instantly I knew something was wrong.
"Mrs. Jacobson is something wrong? Why do you look so sad? Why do the rest of the coworkers looking at me like that too?" I asked all at once. Mrs. Jacobson was like a second mother to me so I didn't have to talk to her so formally, since I have also known her since I was little, she's a friend from my mother.
"Skyler I'm so sorry." She said in a sad tone. What is she sorry for? As to what I know she hasn't done anything to me.
"I tried to ask why but he said that if I didn't leave he would do the same thing to me." She said to me almost tearing up.
"Why what? Please just tell me what happened to see if I can make it better." I said to her.
"The boss's son h-h-he fired you." She said in a small whisper. I froze, the CEO's son had fired me without me even reporting to work. What? How could he do this to me?! What was his reason, I didn't even arrive late, I never do. So why would he fire me?
"Skyler? Skyler honey snap out of it." I heard Mrs. Jacobson say to me.
"He fired me? Why would he fire me? I never do anything out of place." I said.
"That's what I said but he said that if I kept defending you then he would fire me too. I wanted to keep asking why but I have five kids. I'm the only one working right now." Said Mrs. Jacobson. I didn't blame her for not trying harder, I knew that she and her family didn't have the best life.
"It's okay I understand your reasons Mrs. Jacobson. But can you tell me where the son of the CEO is right now? Oh and which of his sons was the one that fired me?" I asked her. I wasn't going to let someone fire me without a good reason.
"He is in the top floor with the rest of his brothers, the one that fired you is Kayel. This all started cause he was so angry. I don't get it." She said.
"Wait all of this started because he was angry?" I asked her.
"Uhh... yeah." She said with a small sigh.
"Oh he better have a good reason as to why he fired me or so help me he is a dead man." I said to her.
"Skyler I think you should calm down first." She said.
"I'm sorry Mrs. Jacobson but I can't and the CEO's son is going to give me an explanation wether he wants to or not. I'll be leaving now to go find him, I'll see you later." I said to her and left to the elevator that went to the CEO, floor.
As soon as I got in I saw two of the boss's sons. But it wasn't the one I was looking for. I knew I would have to ask them where their older brother was at.
"Umm... excuse me but where is your older brother Kayel Garcia?" I asked them. They looked at me with a weird look.
"Who wants to know?" Asked the youngest if I'm not mistaken it's Ezzequiel.
"The girl he fired without a reason." I said to them.
"Oh this is going to be good." Said Ezzequiel while looking at Damian.
"We'll show you the way." Said Damian.
"Okay thanks!" I said to Damian.
"So what are you going to say to my brother?" Asked Ezzequiel.
"I just want to know why he fired me. In other words I want an explanation." I said.
"Why do you say he fired you without a reason?" Asked Damian.
"I hadn't even arrived at work and I was already fired." I explained.
"But if you where late for work then that's a reason to fire you." Said Damian. Not to be rude or anything but he really sounded like a know it all.
"What makes you think I was late. I have never been late so he doesn't have a reason to fire me." I said to them. I just wanted to talk with Kayel and ask him why, then I'll go home, relax and then go for try and find a new job.
"Oh..." said Ezzequiel. The elevator doors finally opened and I got out with Damian and Ezzequiel behind me.
"So where is he?" I asked them while turning around to talk to them.
"His at my dad's office working on a business deal, so let's wait for him and my dad to finish." Said Damian. I couldn't wait, I needed to ask him now.
