Skyler's POV: Right now we where in the car our way to List Park. I could tell that Kayel was still pissed off bu Milly, his hands where turning white of how tightly he was holding the steering wheel. He didn't talk to me, he just glared at everything and anything. I don't know what to tell him so that he would calm down. Something bad must have happened between them by the way Kayel is acting. Plus when the guys found out about Milly being here they got worked up as well.
"Skyler..." I heard Kayel call me, I turned to him.
"Yeah?" I asked him.
"I'm sorry." He apologized to me. Why is he apologizing? I'm confused now.
"Why are you saying sorry?" I asked him.
"I'm sorry about what happened with Milly. I'm sorry about what she said to you, she didn't need to bring you up on this. Plus I'm also sorry for the way I'm acting right now." He told me, his hands this time where turning back to his normal color. Kayel looked defeated.
"Kayel you don't have to apologize for her, I don't care about the things that she said. I know that I'm not any of those things. Never say sorry for acting this way when you just had a horrible encounter with your ex girlfriend." I told him and I grabbed his free hand and gave it a squeeze.
"I just feel so angry right now everything was going great and then she had to show up and ruined everything. I haven't seen her in two years and now that she just shows up out of the blue like nothing happened just makes me more angry! I mean she even dared to say that I was getting her back cause of what she did to me!" Exclaimed Kayel and hit the steering wheel, we had arrived at the park and we where talking in the car.
"Kayel the girls told me she was your ex girlfriend and that she did something horrible to you but they never told me what she did to you. They always told me to ask you about it cause it wasn't their story to tell. I never pushed it further, i wanted to know so badly but I knew that they wouldn't tell me anything cause they care for you. But it also made me think that if you would ever trust me enough to tell me what happened. I wish that you could tell me what she did that you hate her so much." I said to him. Kayel sighed and opened the car's door and got out. Since I saw that he wasn't going to come back in I got out as well. Kayel closed the door and grabbed my hand.
"Let's take a walk around the park and I'll tell you what happened." Said Kayel to me.
"Kayel you don't have to tell me just cause I said all of that. I don't mind waiting a bit longer." I told him. I felt him squeeze my hand.
"I think it's time that I tell you what happened between Milly and I. You are someone I trust to the fullest Skyler. I know that you won't go spilling everything I tell you to anyone." Said Kayel to me while looking straight into my eyes.
"Okay..." I said I'm a small tone.
"So I'm going to tell you how we first met. I was at school one day when a girl bumped into me, actually she crashed into me. The girl looked really nerdy, she had this big glasses and she dressed in baggy clothes. I told her to watch where she was going in a harsh tone cause I was angry that day. I wasn't the best person to be around with when I'm mad, actually I still am. But that girl just came up to me and told me a piece of her mind. She had screamed at me and told me to fuck off." He said. I looked at him with wide eyes, I never would have thought that she was a nerdy girl.
"I would never picture her as a nerdy girl." I told Kayel and he nodded his head, agreeing with me.
"Yeah I get what you mean. So after that day I got curious and would go to her and just talked. We got to know each other and I started to like her. She was my best friend and I was hoping that we would be more. So I asked her to be my girlfriend, we dated for a year when I found her cheating. I used to buy her whatever she wanted, I would drive her around and a lot more. When I found her cheating on me I was very pissed off. I have never felt that way before. I beat the guy up and then yelled at her. I got one of my private investigators to check her out and all of the things she had done when we where dating." He said to me. Milly cheated on Kayel?! Why the heck would she do that? Kayel treated her like a princess.
"I can't believe that she cheated on you." I told him.
"Yeah but why did it was when my private investigator told me. He said that Milly didn't exist, that her real name is Jasmine Boy. She was, Well is the daughter of James Boy, my dad's enemy." He told me.
"What?!" I exclaimed with wide eyes.
"Yeah that was my reaction. Then I also found out that she only wanted me for my money and to try to take my father and I out." He said, I could see how Mitch that just him. Then I saw tears falling down Kayel's face. I stood up and hugged him, he started sobbing.
"I loved her so much Skyler..." he said and I could tell that he really did loved her.
"I know... just let it all out." I told him while rubbing his back.
"Shit I still do love her." Kayel admitted. That shattered my heart. He still wasn't over her, I fell for him but he loves another.
"You still love her?" I asked him with a broken tone but I don't think Kayel heard that.
"Yeah..." he told me.
"Oh..." I said, Kayel had calmed down now, he stood up and held his and so that I would take it. I took his hand and we started walking to the car since we had sat down to talk at the park.
"Thank you for listening Skyler. Your the only one that knows about Milly actually being Jasmine and wanting to take my father and I down." Said Kayel to me and he smiled a bit.
"Thank you for trusting me enough to tell me." I said to Kayel.
