Miyu's POV:
    I quickly sniffed my clothing. Disgusting. "Alright, new plan Asher, lets, shred our cloths to pieces and burn them in a bon-fire!" I yelled.

"You've gone crazy too..." muttered Asher. "...well..can you got check on Shu?"

He nodded quickly and ran to him.

"What the heck happened to the rest...? Is this how its going to end?" I thought.

I never really met Lui.
but it sure seemed to mean so much to Akira.

I sighed.

I was about to go hunt food until i heard a scream. My face perked up. I heard crying and wimpers. I quickly ran to Asher to see whats it about.

"Hes dead"

No...

It cant be...

History cant repeat.

I quickly keeled down to check for a pulse.

Hes gone. It was too late.

His older brother is dead.

"I-im...im so sorry!" I screamed. Tears were traveling everywhere like cannons.

"No...it cant happen..Shu is stronger than this.." he mumbled.

"He didnt have the strength to speak.." i responded. I stood up again, wiping tears away. I opened my mouth a spoke:

"Ill go c-carry h-"

I fell down. What is-

Hes hugging me.

I was in utter shock. "He died! It was my fault!"

"It wasnt...none of us new"

"Your wrong! I never met my older brother! And this was the chance...and now hes dead"

I felt so hurt. I hated seeing people like this. Crying before me eyes.

I hated the sight of a dead body right in front of me.

I wanted to cry alog with him. Even though i never knew these people much, ive been through there pain. It felt horrible. And here i was, feeling the exact same thing, only in someone else's body. I wish his older sister was here. She would have knew what to do.

I patted his head. "..im sorry. But you have to understand it wasnt your fault. We were just caught-off guard by a snake. We were just distracted.."

"Hes DEAD!" He yelled as he clenched my clothing.

My eyes widened with fear.

He softened and got off me saying sorry over and over again.

I quickly put Shu's body over my shoulder. "C'mon. Its ok to cry but as if right now, im begging you to stay strong, no matter how much it hurts. Promise me"

He nodded quickly, wiping his tears with his arms.

I felt so weak now.

When i first met these people, they were so brave and funny, so cheerful, so lively, but yet..people cant always stay like that. Its life. There smiles fade away in a matter of seconds. But they'll always reset to there normal position. I took a quick glance at Asher who was behind me. I can see hes fighting through. I smiled lightly and got back on the road.

Asher's POV:
    This is terrible. I wanted to get to know more about him! But im just some stupid freak! I wanted to threaten myself to what i have caused. This was all my fault but simething else is preventing me from seeing that. It was Miyu. I saw her take a quick glance at me. Of course i looked away in sadness. She smiled.

Why?

Is she happy because my brother is dead?!

I was going to talk smack about like, "You think this is so funny?!"

But no.

She responded so simply. Her words seemed to brighten my feelings a bit.

Her exact words were, "Im glad your keeping my promise. If Shu was here, he would have been proud"

She was right, but how?

She only stayed with us for only a day or so.

"How would you know that?" I muttered.

"Its the way you treat him, Akira's been telling me alot about him. He seems so confident, so eager. Something i wouldnt have accomplished. He really is a great older brother, aint he?"

My head perked up. Again, she smiled.

"How would you know its not my fault?!" I blurted out.

"Its they way all of you guys treat him. It seems they adore him. Trust me, if they found out, they would also be blaming themselves too. So i guys we wouldnt know who really caused it. Dont be so harsh on yourself"

What the heck?

She got all that imformation in less than three days!

I slowly calmed down.

"Im sure hes living a happy after-life..knowing you guys care for him is enough to let himself be happy. He might be looking down on us!" She joked. She looked up at the bright sky waving hello.

I laughed.

I waved too.

This girl really knows how to cheer someone up.
