*Sweet Dreams begins to play on my phone*

I open my eyes and sat up. I'm drenched in a cold sweat. *What the hell did I just dream about?* I thought to myself as I swung my legs over the side of the bed and grabbed my phone. Jack was calling me.

Jack: Wake up sleeping beauty this horrible day isn't going to wait for us!

Me: *sign*Jack now really isn't a good time for your sarcasm.

Jack: *Gasp*There is always time for my sarcasm!! You have offended me, I challenge you to a snowball fight, sir!!! *Laughter*

Me: *No response while thinking of my dream.*

Jack: Hiccup?

*The way he hugged me, it felt like we've done it a thousand times before.*

Jack: Hellooo??!?

*And..the way he tangled his hand in my hair to kiss me..it felt so..*

Jack: HICCUP!!!!!

Jack had brought me back to reality once again.

Me: What?

Jack: Dude, are you alright?

Me: *sigh* Yeah, I'm fine, Jack. Just another nightmare.

Jack: That sucks, I mean I know how it is.

Jack had been having nightmares since I've known him. He won't ever tell me what they're about.

Jack: If you would tell me what they were about I could help you Hiccup.

Me: Hell no, I'm not telling you mine until you tell me yours.

Jack: What's that? You're breaking up *crack nose*

Me: *laughing*

Jack*Crack* I *crack* can't under-*crack*-stand you* crack*

Me: Jack stop I'm going to piss myself!!

Jack: *Laughter* I'll be down there in about an hour, I just woke up myself!! Remember we have a party to attend!

Me: Copy that Snowball!

*Hangs up and wipes sweat off of face*

I walked toward the shower and started to strip. *Why did I have that dream last night? I mean it could have been because of multiple things like, Jack is basically my only friend. Although, I believe he's just sticking around with me now because he feels bad. My bipolar-ness could also be a factor or the trauma from me witnessing my own mothers death. Maybe I'm just too screwed up to continue to live. The only person that would really miss me would be my black cat, Toothless. His eyes were the same shade of emerald as mine and he was an outcast as well.

"Hiccup!" My dad bellowed from down the stairs.

"Get out of the shower! You're going to be late for school!"

"That's the point!" I yell back while getting out of the shower and wrapping my towel around my waist.

"Hiccup, don't you dare make me come up there!" He yelled in defense.

I looked at my shoulder which was still bruised from the last time I had apparently done something wrong. My entire body was covered in either bruises or scars which were attempts of my fathers to try to teach me lessons and to be tough.

"Hiccup?"

I jumped as none other then Jack was in my room with toothless on his shoulder. The window was open so, I know dad hadn't let him in.

"What happened to you?" He asked with his head tilted slightly to the left.

* I looked down at the ground, not wanting to answer the question at hand.*

Looking up at his icy eyes I said, "Nothing happened, Jack. Now, how did you get into my room?"

He looked at Toothless with his eyebrow raised. The black cat tilted his head and squinted at Jack then, both of them turned their heads toward me, both of them now squinting.

"Don't you dare lie to me Hiccup. Avoiding the question will not work forever." Jack said in his threatening voice.

"I literally don't know what you're talking about." I replied.

Toothless then jumped onto a platform on the wall. I walked over to my dresser and pulled out a black pair of boxers. As I began to put them on under the towel so, Jack wouldn't have to see anything that would scar him for life, I heard Jack hop off of the windowsill.

When my boxers were on I let the towel drop.

"Jack, whatever it is you are planning, please just don't. I'm not in the moo-" I said as I was cut off by Jack who grabbed my shoulders and pushed me up against the wall.

"Jack what the hell are you-" I tried to ask

He began to push his body against mine so, I couldn't move no matter how hard I tried.

"Listen here Hiccup, you may believe your self to be a hopeless piece of shit but, Toothless and I still care about you. Now you're going to tell me where all of these scars come from in the next couple of days or I will give you a black eye. Do you understand?" He asked.

"Jack, fuck off. The scars and bruises are from myself and you just feel sorry for me. It's the only explainable reason that you're still here." I said.

Jack then backed away a little, turned me around and slammed my back into the wall again. My head slammed into the wall as well and my vision began to black out around the corners.

"Hiccup, don't lie to me. You're going to tell me everything, understand? From the dreams to who has been doing this to you. Jack said.

It felt like he was trying to stare into my soul like in the dream. His pupil was almost as small as Toothless' when he was mad. Ice was all I saw before I blacked out fully.
