You awoke to find yourself lying on a bed in the nurse's office.

"W-Where am I?" You whispered to yourself as soon as your eyes opened. You looked around to see Kid looking at you.

"(Y/N)! You're awake..." He seemed to be quite pleased that you were awake.

"Hello... What happened?" You wondered.

"Seems like a panic attack to me... I should know, I've had quite a few of those in my time..."

"Oh really?" Finally, you had found someone who you could relate to.

"Yeah... In fact, I had one yesterday. Patty was having a sugar rush and she ran around messing everything up and the whole house was asymmetrical... It took me 5 hours just to calm down and get everything back in place..." He sighed.

You felt sorry for him so you gave him a sympathetic and obviously symmetrical smile.

"Y-Your smile... It's so cute... And symmetrical!" You could see Kid blushing, which also made you blush.

After a short period of awkward silence, you finally spoke out.

"Uhh... What time is it?"

"3pm, why?"

"Should we go home now?" You inquired.

"Of course, want me to come with you??"

"Okay..." You smiled at him.

You stood up and walked out of the nurse's office and Kid walked next to you. As soon as you walked out of the DWMA, you felt Kid putting his arm around you. Your face turned bright red at this gesture.

After walking around for a few minutes, Kid asked you which house was yours and you pointed to your house.

"Oh,  that means I live quite near you." He explained.

"Really? Which house is it?"

He pointed to a nearby mansion. "That one."

"Wow... It looks amazing... I bet it's completely symmetrical on the inside." You giggled.

"Yes, it is actually." Kid laughed.

"Well, do you want to go back home or come to my house for a little while?" You questioned.

"Hmm... I wouldn't mind staying with you for a few more minutes." Kid answered.

"Okay!" You smiled brightly as you walked inside. You sat on the sofa in your living room and Kid sat next to you.

"So, about earlier... Are you sure you're ready to have a friend now?" Kid wondered.

"Yeah. I think we're best friends now." You smiled at him. It had only been a few days and already you had made some wonderful friendships, and you even had an amazing best friend.
