Nicole.

I woke up, took a shower, did my thing and left without waking Derek. He was doing paperwork till, 3 am last night.

He'll call me later. I take out my keys and unlock the door to my house. Im used to the house being baby proofed because of Nick and Aria.  Alex baby proofed the whole house, got new locks for every entrance and windows, don't even get me started on the windows.

"Nicole!!!" Alissa whispers and hugs me. "The amount of shit I had to do today." I smiled and put my phone down with my keys on the counter. "Tell me about it, you know how hard it is getting out of a hulk grip. He wouldn't let go."

She put some formula in a bottle with some water, then put it in the fridge, "He just went down for his nap. And Aria is with my dad, he wanted to help out since I'm supposed to be taking it easy." I nodded, "And your brother is being a pain in the ass like always." She sits down and sighs.

"He made me change the doctors appointment I had today because he didn't want me to drive with the baby by myself."

That's Alex for you.

"Did he let you outside yet?" She scoffed, "If the backyard counts." I laughed.

"When the doctor said Nick shouldn't be outside because he could get sick, I was like okay. So If I wanted to go and get something myself, Alex could watch him. Nope! In Alex's mind he heard the doctor say me and Nick  are not allowed outside and the doctor only said im just not supposed to be lifting so yeah that's why you're here."

I could tell she was getting a little heated from this conversation so I need to change the subject before she gets any more angry. "Hey-" I got cut off by a bunch of dings on my phone. I picked it up to answer Derek's but he beat me too it by calling me.

"Hell-"

"Where the fuck are you?! Why didn't you wake me up before you left?! I texted you why didn't you-" I hung up.

"He's going to kill you." Alissa shakes her head at me. "No when he's done bugging out, he can call me back and apologize, then ask me calmly." I put my phone down.

He knows where I am he's just mad that I didn't wake him up and tell him. Not even a minute later he called me back. So I picked up.

"Hello.."

He took a deep breath in, "Come outside real quick." I hung up and walked outside, I crossed my arms and waited. He sat up from leaning on his car and walked over to me.

"I'm sorry about before. Why didn't you wake me up before you left?" He placed his hands on my hips and pulled me closer, I wrapped my arms around his neck, "Because, you were up until three AM and I wanted you to get some rest. And I knew you wouldn't have gone back to bed if I woke you up."

He sighed but he didn't fight with me, because he knows I'm right. "And I'm sorry for not texting you." He smiles and pulls me in for a Kiss, he pulls away and hugs me, "I have to go meet Alex at this warehouse, I'll be back here later." I nodded.

He gave me another quick kiss before driving off, I walk back inside to see Alissa eating cookies. "Alissa.. what are you doing?" She jumps placing the cookies on the counter, "Nothing!" She ate healthy when she was pregnant with Nick, so she didn't gain that much baby fat.

"I didn't see a thing." I smiled and took a cookie out of the pack. "Let's continue Green House." We take the cookies and turned on Netflix.

We watched about one and a half episodes then Nick woke up. I took out the bottle from the fridge after placing him in front of Alissa so she can change his diaper, I put it in the bottle warmer for two three minutes, then checked it.

Perfect!

I handed her the bottle and she told me to unpause the thing.

"Why did I agree to do that." Me and Alissa were laughing at Alex, Alissa told Alex to change the baby's diaper and he came back with a wet shirt, his face covered, but the baby has a clean diaper so that's all that matters.

"W-What happened." Alissa chuckled. "He peed on me! You didn't tell me that I had to put the wipe over him before I did anything else!"

I burst out laughing, Derek shakes his head, "Well now you know." my mom said placing a glass a wine in front of Alissa and I . Me and Derek are saying for dinner, I don't know where the others are though, they should be here right?

So I called Gabby, "Hello?"

"Gabby, where are you guys?" I heard yelling in the background, "Nate and Franky took us to a football game!" She said loudly, then I heard "FUCK! NO YOU DUMB ASS!" That was definitely Nate.

"Okay you guys have fun."  I didn't wait for her to respond and hung up. "They're not coming?" I shook my head "They're at a game." Derek and I set the table and helped bring out the food. "Okay, Nick fell back asleep."

Alex comes next to Alissa. Mom sat at the head and I sat next to Derek. I was in the middle of eating when my mom asked this out of no were, "So Nicole, did you move in with Derek I never see you here anymore."

I almost choked on my food, I don't know how to answer this question! She thinks I have my whole life planed right now! I heard Derek cough looking at me for an answer as well.

"I-um..." everyone's attention was on me. What if I say the wrong answer, I don't want to hurt or anger anyone, is it hot in here or is it just me..

Derek smiled then put his hand on my thigh, "We are working it out, we haven't got a chance to discuss."

"But she's moving in, if she likes it or not."

"I guess I'm moving in then."
