Hennessy was the second child of four, with a rather perfect family compared to the others in town. Realistically speaking, she had a lot of money, but she knew times when all they could afford was ramen noodles. Hennessy had her ups and downs, especially after her father got locked up for moving drugs. As of now, she hasn't seen her father or heard his voice in real time for 4 years. He hasn't disclosed much information to her because it is unsafe, but he does send the family money every few weeks. The family can hold their own with out him, especially since Hennessy and Princeton (her older brother) work.
Hennessy moves out of her parents home shortly after graduating high school and attends the state university, where she met Calvin. After seeing each other for many years, they moved into a beach house together in a discreet neighborhood.
Calvin has always dreamed of making music and going big. Currently, he's a hometown star and is working to expand beyond state borders. Everyone knows fame brings a lot of trouble. It seems to be that the higher he gets, the closer his past gets to catching up with him. Secrets and lies are all uncovered, leaving Hennessy blindsided and stuck between conflicting decisions.
Will conflicting viewpoints eradicate their relationship? Or will the relationship remain with cracks and holes?
