Angelo grabbed my hand and we made our way out the house.
I grabbed my purse on the way out and met him outside.
"Do you wanna grab a bite first or stop at your place?" He asked me after getting in and putting his seat belt on.
I put mine on, too. "Let's just grab my things. I'll be quick I promise." I smiled at him.
"You can take your time. I'm just happy to be with you." He held my hand as we pulled off.
I blushed. "I'm happy to be with you too."
I squeezed his hand before looking out the window for the majority of the ride. I was getting lost in my own thoughts.
I really didn't want Balvin to be there when I arrived. I just wanted to get my things. Leave a note, and dip.
I took a deep breath as we approached the house.I'll have to admit. I will miss this place. Even though my name is on it, I really do think my mind and heart need a new place. It's too much baggage within these walls and beds. He can have it. I'll make something better.
"I really don't want to do this. He's here. His car..." i shook my head.
He caressed my hand. "It's okay, you got this. Whatever happens though, I'm here for you no matter how you feel." He leaned towards me.
I kissed his lips sweetly before going. "Okay. I'll be back." I pecked just lips again. "Thank you. I'm sorry if this makes you uncomfortable in any way." I breathed against his lips whil holding one side of his face.
He pressed his head on mine. "I'm doing good. Don't worry about me."
I nodded and got out of the car. I ran up to the door and unlocked it.
There was music playing.
"Look who's finally home." Balvin said. I didn't see him in the kitchen but he was there getting some water.
I walked towards him. "Look, I just need to grab a few things. I rather not do this while you were here but I need my stuff." I proceeded to walk up the stairs.
He jumped in front of me. "Wait. Your stuff for what? Do you need a break? If you do, that still isn't a reason to take all your things."
I sighed. "I'm not here to talk, Balvin. We do that too much and aint shit changed between us or your actions. I'm not sure how long you thought letting me mac out your credit card and taking trips to memory lane would last, but it's not working."
"Well I have something I need to say. You're the only one for me and I want to make this work." He breathed trying to hold my hand.
I pulled away. "No. You want me for your ego. For my looks. For your image, your career."
I looked upstairs when I heard something fall up there. My eyes darted to his.
"Is someone here?" I asked him. "In my fucking room?"
He didn't say anything besides wait. It was too late though I was already up the stairs.
There was a girl sitting on the ottoman in front of what used to be our bed. She had a healthy glass of wine.
"I'll take that." I said grabbing her drink from her and emptying it on her outfit. "Don't even try it. Get out. Leave this house before I drag you out."
She stated me down before surrendering and walking out of the room. I heard them speaking downstairs but I did not care.
I grabbed my pink MCM duffel bag along with my Louie one. I opened them up and began packing my favorite shoes and jackets in one. I placed some of my hats and accessories in there also before proceeding to pack the next duffel bag. I grabbed my true religion and Mike Amiri jeans, leaving some others behind.
