"Everything is comfortable as long as you're here with me Jungkook."
A smile crept on my face as I looked into his dark-browned eyes, sparkling as always.
I saw his cheeks turning into a shade of pink when I said that. He's so adorable.
"U-Uh.. Y-You're quite strong even if you're a potato ya know?"
He chuckled softly.
"Hmm?"
I raised an eyebrow at him and tilted my head to a side questioningly.
"I-I mean.. Nothing. Don't worry and get some rest. You should sleep here too. I'll sleep on the couch."
He stood up but I instantly grabbed his wrist, causing him to look at me confusedly.
"D-Don't go. Stay with me."
I stared at him with puppy eyes as he chuckled.
"You need some rest Eun Mi. I don't even know why I'm doing this."
He ruffled his hair and I smirked.
"Because you care for me, don't you?"
I smiled sheepishly. My hopes, slowly getting higher.
"Or because you like me, right?"
My face lightened up more as Jungkook looked away from me awkwardly.
"N-No! I'm Jungkook. Jeon to the Jung to the Kook. Never in a million years I would c-care for someone."
He released himself from my grip and ran out of the room.
I chuckled to myself and I was smiling at the door like an idiot.
"He may be Jeon Jungkook, but he can still care for someone."
I mumbled and drank the cup of water that was on the bedside table. Guess he got that for me.
•Jungkook's POV•
As soon as I closed the door, I bit on my fingers like a 3 year old kid and stomped my feet continuously but quietly.
"Gosh! What am I going to do?! She's so cute I just want to squish her chubby cheeks!"
I started to squish the air with both of my hands and when my mum's room door opened, I stopped and went back to my mature side.
"Sweetie, tell me you didn't send it to you dad. You know what will happen right?"
She took my arm and looked at me with teary eyes.
"I know what will happen and I want that to happen. So yeah, I sent it."
I crossed my arms and walked away.
I didn't quite focus on my mum. My heart, my head, my mind, was all focused on Eun Mi. My brain started to recall what she did to me, how she caressed my cheeks when I was "pretend-sleeping".. How she was looking at me.
"Gahhh! Eun Mi you're so cute I just want to squish you and cuddle you. Ugh! Why do you make me feel like this?! I feel like I'm losing control! You're taking control of my body Eun Mi!"
•Author's POV•
Jungkook kept spinning around in circles as he was talking about Eun Mi.
His mum was hiding behind a wall, looking at her son confusedly.
"What has gotten into him?"
The guy that made out with Jungkook's mum popped out behind her, also looking at Jungkook like he had eaten drugs or something.
"I don't know. It's the first time seeing my son acting like this. He's normally very matured and quiet."
Jungkook's mum furrowed her eyebrows.
Just then, Eun Mi came out of Jungkook's room and chuckled when she saw Jungkook's different behaviour.
"What are you doing?"
Eun Mi stepped closer and hugged Jungkook from behind with her left arm.
"Gah! Eun- I mean.."
He cleared his throat and changed his voice into his mature voice.
"Ahem. Eun Mi.."
Eun Mi giggled and rested her chin on Jungkook's shoulder.
"You like me don't you? Hmm?"
She smirked and a huge smile was formed on her face.
"N-No! Jesus in macaroni! Stop smiling at me like that! It makes my heart beat."
Jungkook dramatically wiped his fake tears away.
"You do like me!"
She giggled and buried her face in the crook of Jungkook's neck.
Meanwhile, when Jungkook and Eun Mi was having their lovey-dovey conversation, Jungkook's mum was staring at them, shook.
"I-Is that Eun Mi?!"
Her eyes widened as she saw the two couples.
They were quite quiet at the restaurant. But now, it's like they've been dating for 9 years!
"That's your son's to-be-wife?"
The guy said, his eyes almost popping out too.
•???'s POV•
That is not Eun Mi right? She's going to marry Jihyo's son? No way...
Its been a long time my little angel...
How are you and your mother doing?
I missed you, my daughter...
