The Escape

chapter 2.| This is just the beginning...

I still could not believe that Kian Lawley was the person who had just hit my bike. Oh my gosh what should I say? What should I do? Do I play it cool? Should I yell at him for hitting my bike? Should I just stand there like nothing happened and forgive him that easily? Because c'mon he's freaking Kian Lawley you would forgive him to right?

  I saw Kian rush towards me as if he saw something that had scared him and was chasing him. As he reached me worriedly asked me " Oh my god! Are you okay? What's your name? Do you need some help? Should I call an ambulance?" Honestly I started chuckling a little when I saw how worried he was. But I answered back with a " Well I'm fine no harm done, but I'm not okay. My name's Alejandra and it's okay I can stand up by myself. Oh please don't call an ambulance, I just got out of school and no one knows that! Please don't call an ambulance. I promise I'm fine. I can still walk home.

Kian was making sure that I wouldn't fall down as I was standing up he responded back with " Alright I get it I get it. You don't want anybody to know that you're skipping. But can I at least give you a ride to where I'm staying to make sure you're okay? It's the least I can do for you since I hit you." To me that actually sounded great I didn't want to be home alone all day so why fucking not?

  I finally got the courage to say something to him, since he was waiting for an answer. " Alright, okay, I'll go, but can we stop by Tacobell or Panera? I'm really hungry and I haven't eaten lunch yet. I'll pay for my food so you don't have to worry about anything." He replied yeah that's fine I'll take you, I was about to go down town for some food too. But I would like it if you would let me pay. It would be my pleasure."

  I was stunned that he would actually spend his money on me. I didn't know what to say back, so I went with my instincts and said "Okay whatever dude. If you want that then alright." His face was in shock to my respond, his eyes had widen, and his jaw dropped. To be honest I though that he was going to start going off on me and tell me to piss off. Instead he started laughing his ass off and said " Okay, yeah, that's fine. Let's go!" As I was making my way towards the car I saw Kian's girlfriend Andrea get out of the car. She had a worried look on her face and she asked " Hey is everything okay? Did this poop head hurt you? Don't worry girl I got you if he hurt you, I'll have to be yelling at him later! Hahaha" Damn Andrea's really chill and nice. Can she be my best friend? " Haha. It's okay we settled everything that needed to be settled out there." I replied back with a big smile.

I jumped in the car and Kian asked me where is it that we wanted to go and both Andrea and I said " Tacobell! Please." insync and laughed it off. I took my phone out and went on Pandora. The song The World Alive by. Modest mouse came on, oh how that song brought back memories, and not good ones. It brought back memories of Joe and all the good times we had. I was about to start crying but then for whatever reason... I got so mad I just wanted to twist his neck off for what he did to me. After the memories of Joe came the thoughts of Sam. Oh how much I would love to meet him. He's so dreamy and has every quality in him that any girl would want! I wondered to my self how it would be to meet him.

Before I knew it we were already at Tacobell. I ordered what I usually do. Two normal quesadillas, a triple XL steak burrito, and some nachos. Don't judge me okay? I just really love to eat. Then Andrea ordered the same thing. Wow we were really alike! Then Kian ordered but I didn't really pay much attention.

Once Andrea and I got our order we walked back to the car and started talking.

Andrea: " So how long have you been living in Virginia and what's your name by the way, I didn't seem to get it?"

Me: " Oh I was born and raised here and my name's Alejandra."

Andrea: " Nice! My name's Andrea. It's pretty chill around here."
