I looked at the different people rushing to work. Life has become so busy that we don't even have time to stop and take in the beauty of the moment, to feel thankful to have another day and to feel contented. I smiled the memories flooded back of the last night. It couldn't have been any better if Aiden wasn't there."What?" Max asked me.
I turned towards him and raised my eyebrows. "What?""Daydreaming? Or something happened?" He said as he kept his gaze fixed on the road.
"Nothing." I turned to look out again. He chuckled a little but didn't debate.
We reached the school.
After saying my goodbyes to Max, I walked to Anna. I don't know if I should tell Anna about yesterday night. Maybe not now. But I plan on telling her afterwards."Hi-Oh. . What the heck were you doing at night? Didn't sleep well?" she asked me with narrowed eyes.
What? She guessed it.
Right?? Or was it written on my face."How di... How did you know?" I furrowed my eyebrows and gave her a confused look.
"The bags under your eyes speak the story." she pointed out.
I hid my face in my hands and groaned. Okay. There gotta be some side effects of extra fun.
Chris was going to pick up Kyle and it seemed both of them were going to be late. We walked in through the hallways and took our books and kept the stuff in our lockers and moved to our next class.
While the teacher kept speaking, Anna faced me.
"So missy, are you going to tell what's going on? " she glared at me.
I was confused now. "What are you talking about?"
"You know, Aiden and you... I know there is something. Will you tell me simply or do I need to figure it out on my own?" she looked dead at me.
"Of course, there is nothing between us." I mumbled.
But she wasn't convinced. At all.
"Alright, I see.. You are not going to tell me simply. So I think we can have a girl's night tonight." she folded her arms
Oh no.
"I'll pick you up at 7." she spoke in a voice which wasn't debatable.I groaned in frustration.

The day passed quickly with me rehearsing all my lines I need to speak to Anna.
It was my last class- Maths. I left it in the middle without the attention of the teacher.
I was in a mood to hangout alone in the cafe, not to force my brain by doing some illogical maths problems.
I walked to my locker and placed my stuff in it. I closed it and found Aiden leaning in next to it.
I felt I nearly had a heart attack. I jumped back.
"Boy, you'll surely give me a heart attack." I spoke heavily with hands on my chest. He just laughed seeing my reaction.
"What are you doing here?" I asked him.
"Saw you coming out of the class. So... I'm here." he replied.
"You are missing your lessons, Aiden." I reminded him.
"No worries." He shrugged casually.
I rolled my eyes and we walked to the canteen together and sat down.
"So... Anything up?" He asked me.
"No." I answered.
"You're such a bad liar, Bells." He chuckled.
"I'm not lying." I protested.
