"Oh my gosh, Nash!" I exclaim, suddenly the mood brightens up.

I let go of Harry's tight grip and head towards Nash who has his arms wide open. The familiar long-time-no-see warmth is the best thing, I've never felt this in almost 5 years.

"Wow- uh, you-you look great!" He says reluctantly not taking a notice at Harry who has his hands in his pockets standing behind us.

"You look good yourself, Nash, gosh it's been so long!" I respond enthusiastically, I try to avoid Harry's hard stare just observing the two of us.

Once Nash takes a look at Harry, he looks down at me from his tall body, maybe a little shorter than Harry or at most Harry's height. His look is questioning and understandable, so I quickly introduce Harry, before things get more uncomfortable.

"Oh, uh, this is Harry, we are in this contra-" I start to speak but my mind quickly snapped and I cover my mouth earning a tilting head from Nash which signals how clueless he is in this situation.

I look at Harry for help, but he's got nothing, just staring into outer space, his eyebrows are curved downwards forming a half scowl, half glare.

"We are.. in a controversy, uh, it's about what to make for dinner, um, since the saucepan is so huge, he didn't want to make the chicken casserole but now that you're here do you want to come over?" I let the lie slip out of my mouth as I bit my tongue, half hoping he'd say no but the half of me wants me to spend a meal with my long time high school best friend, so why not?

"Why not? Sure!" He replies and I gulp down the dryness in my throat when Harry's fist started to clench. If I keep this going for a minute, he's going to lose it and I don't want Nash getting rushed to the hospital.

"Alright, I'll see you there at Harry's place, at about 8, bye." I quickly say and reach out to grab Harry's hand, but he moved away and started walking before me.

I turn around from Nash after giving him the address of Harry's home, but when I turn around. He is no where to be seen. There's just a sea of people, an ocean. I begin to panic, with no sight of Harry at all. I scurry through the messy waves of the crowded people, hurrying at lunch hour.

Seconds later, I still have no sight of him, my dream starts to reappear and I almost let myself hit my own head in the public to slap me out of the awful disrupting thought. He's walking away from me, I'm drowning. Before I can stop myself, I shout out Harry's name and the tears are starting to drool down.

Seconds, minutes, hours, I don't know how long I was standing there by the pole, just calling out his name.

He appears out of nowhere and grabs hold of me from the back.

"Where were you?" I choke.

"I-I was mad, I'm sorry." He apologizes. Apologies? Not a chance.

I quickly pull out of the embrace and cold air rushes through me once again. I wipe my tears and started walking back to the flat with my arms around my chest.
