Chapter 3

TAYLORS POV

I'm actually ok with the whole friend thing between me and Harry. It's fine and it's perfect. We're best friends and we're not a couple. It's such a perfect way to not get hurt at this time. I'm almost over my phone call with Jake, but if someone mentions that, I'd probably start to get an emotional breakdown, so I'm taking a break from interviews.

In the middle of that thought. My phone vibrated. It was Harry.

It was a text.

From Harry: 

Hey babe are you free this Thursday? PS. It's not a date, it's a friendly hangout. (baby lux is going too)

To Harry:

Yeah I'm free, yeah haha NOT A DATE :)

Then he called me.

"Hey Taylor, I'll pick you up- I mean I'll meet you at central park"

"Yeah ok see you there" I hung up and smiled.

Then I remembered. It's definitely not a date. No.

Then I forgot. Oh damn, tomorrows thursday.

HARRYS POV

Yep todays my friendly hangout with Taylor.

I got up early, took a long hot shower and put on a blue jacket, and a blue shirt with jeans and a beanie. Simple but effective :) . I honestly can't wait.

TAYLORS POV

I got dressed up after that long hot bath with my favorite wonderstruck - the bath bubble. I sprayed some of Fantasy by Britney Spears and chose to wore a proper casual fox sweater and a pair of jeans and oxfords with my hair tied up in a pony tail for my hangout with Harry. I didn't forget to bring my favorite red coat because it was seriously cold in New York during this time of the year.I went outside my hotel  and called the cab to central park.

HARRYS POV

I was waiting for her carrying Lux watching the seals.

"Do you want to meet Taylor?" I asked weirdly knowing that she doesn't know ANYTHING about her or even what a celebrity is.

Lux obviously ignored me and kept playing with my hands, I honestly don't know how she finds it amusing. I was waiting until I heard a sweet voice.

"Hey Harry" Taylor walked to me and sat on the bench.

"Hi Taylor, morning" I said smirking.

"Oh my gosh, you must be Lux she's so cute!" She squealed. 

"You wanna hold her?" I asked trying to impress her.

"Sure!" She replied as I placed Lux in her arm. Taylor and baby Lux are adorable. I just secretly wish that we could be holding hands and kissing, but a girl is a lady and boys must be gentlemens.

TAYLORS POV

I held Lux as gently as I can, she's just so majorly adorable. Then a while later, Lux started to get hungry.

"Mam, Lax want mik"

I got confused. What the heck is "mik"?

Then Lou said "oh Taylor my little baby needs some milk so if you don't mind I'm going to feed her now". She said while smiling. So I handed the adorable Ms. Lux to her. 

"Hey Taylor" Harrys voice said to me

"Yeah?" I said

"Do you want to go for a stroll around that garden over there?"

"sure" I said not being careful that it's turning into a date, but I went with it anyways.

I was walking with him alone. Such a romantic place for couples to walk together in, if only if we were a couple. But I snapped out of it.

"You know when you really love someone that you're so careful about getting them hurt, even if you're metres away, but you don't want to make them uncomfortable." He said looking out and eating his almonds.

"Yeah, I know" I replied not thinking about what's going to happen.

Then we stared at eachother.

Oh his mesmerizing eyes just enchance me. I'm staring into it blushing like roses.

HARRYS POV

I stared at her, smiling inside. I stared into her charming crystal blue ocean eyes that any man can get lost in. I love her more than anything. In a heartbeat, I was leaning into her, getting closer and closer to her lips.

TAYLORS POV

We were still staring at eachother until he leaned in closer and closer. I wanted to catch his lips or at least peck it.  I love him like the world.  I want to forget about the past and EVERYTHING around us. I moved closer to his lips, but that phone call with Jake interrupted me. I was so close but my instincts told me to pull away and I did. That flawless perfect enchanted moment faded away like a dying light bulb.

"I'm sorry" Harry said.

I didn't say anything. To break the awkwardness I decided to go home. 

"I'm getting tired, I should go now" I said trying to be nice and calm.

"Ok that's fine, you want me to send you home?" He said

"Oh no it's fine, you've got to take care of your career I bought your album and it was great!" I said.

"Ok then but are you free on next Monday? Maybe you could come to msg?" He asked.

"No sorry, I've got an event.." 

"Well what about the after party it starts at 10." 

"Is this a date?" I asked suspicious

"Oh no no no it's not, I just wanted to see you dance and you know have fun" He said, oh how he's so cute just gets me lost in the distance.

"Well yeah then I'll go but I'll be about half an hour late though" I said confirming things.

"It's fine as long as you're there" He said playfully

"As long as you don't take it too far" I said smiling , "Ok I've got to go then bye" I gave him friendly kiss on the cheek and yeah what a flawless moment that was.

HARRYS POV

"As long as you don't take it too far"  she said with her gorgeous smile , "Ok I've got to go then bye"  she gave me a friendly kiss. That was by far the best experience I've had with her. I almost kissed her, she rejected, but it was still flawless. I smiled there as I watch her leave and get in the taxi cab. I thought to my self, I won't regret this. Ever.
