Y/N's POV

Another day, another quest set by my brother, Peter Pan himself. Of course, he's not my actual brother, but he's definitely close.

So, today's quest is to successfully find a small trinket box hidden somewhere in Neverland, using nothing but common sense.

I ran into the echo cave, dangerous I know, but with no-one else around, what was the harm in having to shout out my darkest secrets? Nobody would hear it.

I grabbed the box, which meant I had won this little quest. Honestly, he should probably ban me from doing these sort of things, I always won.

"Y/N!" A boyish voice shouted and I instantly froze, what was Henry doing in the cave?! Shit! Shit, shit, shit! SHIT!
"Henry, what are you doing?" I shouted back, since he was still nowhere to be seen.
"Coming to help you!" He replied, walking into view and all I could do was groan. Of course he had to be a gentleman! I don't think I'd ever been so mad at someone for being polite!

Now, we both had to tell eachother our darkest secrets, meaning he'd hear mine...

Too late, the boulders fell infront of the only entrance and I groaned.

"Henry, you have no idea what you've done!" I scolded and he arched an eyebrow in confusion.
"This is echo cave! You have to say your darkest secret to be let out and now you're going to hear mine and I'm going to hear yours and- for the love of magic! Do I ever shut up?!" Well, I suppose I was in the mood to be mad at everyone today. Including myself.

His eyes widened in surprise, he clearly hadn't known that rule.
"You're kidding!" He denied and I shook my head.
"I freaking wish."

Hours passed, I thought, and Henry spoke up.
"We'll have to do it." He confidently stated, like he had been thinking about it for a while. I shook my head in refusal, there was no way he was finding out. Not a chance in hell.
"I'll start." He told me, ignoring my refusal as he stood up.

He closed his eyes and I watched him intently, slightly curious.
"I... I like Y/N Y/L/N!" He strongly stated and a few boulders fell down. I was left in shock, my mouth agape as he opened his eyes. As if hoping for some sort of reaction.
"I- I um... I guess I like Henry Miller." It was barely audible but he obviously heard it as a few more boulders fell down, making it possible for us to squeeze out.
"Okay, come on!" I said, jumping up and grabbing Henry's hand, dragging him over to the exit whilst carrying the box.

We escaped and quickly hugged each other without thinking, when reality hit me.

I was as good as Peter's sister and I was hugging, slowly falling for the boy who had the heart Pan needed.

I shoved Henry away, surprising him.
"Y/N? What's wrong?"
"What's wrong?" I repeated in a mock tone.
"What's freaking wrong?!" I repeated again, however, Henry didn't know Peter needed to kill him.
"I'm practically Peter's sister, I'm sorry. I can't be falling for a lost boy." I stated before sprinting back to camp with Henry trailing behind me. Why?! Why do I have to fall for the lost causes?!

I rushed over to Peter and handed him the trinket box, earning a proud smile as he turned to face the other boys who had all failed.
"Once again, our lost girl wins!" He announced with a proud tone.

After that I clearly announced that I was going to my hut an was not to be disturbed. I was practically the princess of Neverland, making my word almost as powerful as Peter's.

I paced my bedroom, trying to form some sort of plan so that Henry wouldn't have to die but Peter would still live. It was proving impossible, plus I was interrupted by a knock at the door.
"I said I wasn't to be disturbed!" I shouted in frustration, Henry waltzed in with an apologetic look on his face.

"I'm sorry. I just... I wanted to check you were okay. I'm really sorry for everything, I know it shouldn't have happened. It's just... Well... Since I got here, you've made me feel welcome. I don't miss home as much when I'm with you." He explained, almost like he was apologising for falling for me.
I sighed, shaking my head and shaking off the feeling that we were being watched, I was never spied on. Perks of being Pan's sister.
"It's fine... It's just complicated."

Peter's POV

My little sister had a crush on the boy I needed to kill...
Damn it! Why not Felix?! Or James?! Why the boy I have to kill in order to live?!

I burst through the door, making the pair jump into each other.
"P-Peter." Y/N stuttered, her Y/E/C eyes wide with surprise.
"Henry, leave us." I ordered, almost as a test.

He hesitantly looked at me, then back at Y/N before shaking his head.
"No."
I arched an eyebrow, inching closer to him.
"Pardon?"
"Peter! Leave him alone! Please." I was taken back by Y/N defending him and getting in the middle of us.

"You really like him, don't you?" She cautiously nodded, I knew she was hesitant about admitting when she liked someone. She always thought it was an invitation to get hurt, but I trusted Henry wouldn't hurt her.
"But I don't want you to die." She added in a whisper.
"Then... We'll find a way around it."
She was my sister, I'd do anything for her. We'd find a loophole.

(Super sorry if you don't like it.
Peace ✌ love ❤ rubber gloves 👏)
