This chapter is based off of volume 15 of the manga.
Inuyasha and the gang had just arrived at Naraku's castle, only to find dead corpses on the ground."Wolves and lynxes?!" Kagome said, confused.
"Then they're from the Wolf and lynx demon clans!" Miroku exclaimed.
"Lynx demon clan? I've never heard of them." Shippo said. Aimi crossed her arms and let out a soft sigh.
"I'm not surprised. The lynx demons don't really like being at the center of attention so they do what they can to stay unknown. When I was little there was a clan of them living near the area I lived. They were often really kind and never really did anything to upset anyone. Then war and chaos had spread to the area and I never saw any of them ever again."
"I see." Miroku said, using his right hand to caress Sango's butt. Sango instantly slapped the perverted monk and left a red mark on his left cheek.
"Seriously, at a time like this?!" the demon slayer snapped.
"I was only trying to lighten the mood." Miroku tried to defend himself.
"Try lightening the mood by keeping your hands to yourself!" Sango retorted.
'Honestly, why is this monk such an idiot? Why would that of all things lighten the mood? let's be realistic here.' the young female dog demon thought.
Without any warning the dead corpses started to stand. "What the fuck? They're alive? That can't be." Aimi said.
"They're not. They're corpses." Inuyasha stated. The moving corpses began to attack. While Inuyasha was fighting against the corpses he realized that they must be being manipulated by someone. Soon the corpses ceased to move and were back to being lifeless, leaving Inuyasha soaked in their blood.
"You! You dare attack and kill my clan! You're gonna pay for that!" a soft but firm feminine voice said as a girl with long mid-dark gray hair, emerald green irises, and lynx ears and tail jumped down from the top of the castle. She then used her long claws to create two crimson colored blades.
"I didn't kill em. These guys were dead long before we got here." Inuyasha defended himself. Who are you anyway?" Inuyasha questioned.
"My name is Bellatrix, leader of the crimson fang lynx tribe." the lynx demon exclaimed. "If you didn't kill them then who did?"
"I don't know but I'm tellin ya it wasn't me." Aimi stepped in front of the two and stared wide eyed at Bellatrix.
"He's not lying Trix. He didn't kill your clan. When we arrived here they were already dead and it seems that whoever killed them was also using their corpses as puppets."
Bellatrix was beyond shocked. 'There's only one person that's ever called me that.' the lynx demon thought. "If you say that's what's going on then I believe you Aimi," Bellatrix looked at Aimi and gave her a smile. "It's been a while, now hasn't my dear friend?"
"That it has but I'm afraid catching up will have to wait." Aimi said. Bellatrix nodded in response as she looked down at all the corpses.
"Inuyasha!" A familiar voice yelled. "You bastard you killed my wolves!"
"Koga?!" everyone except Inuyasha, Aimi, and Bellatrix gasped. Koga charged at Inuyasha to try to land a punch on him. Inuyasha managed to dodge the punch and took out tetsusaiga. Koga strikes again, this time hitting Inuyasha.
"Koga, Inuyasha wasn't the one who did this!" Kagome tried to explain.
"Silence! I only trust what I see with my own eyes!" Koga barked.
'At this rate they're gonna wear each other down before dealing with the person who actually did this.' Bellatrix said to herself in her mind. The lynx demon then got in between the two males. "Koga, leader of the wolf demon tribe. I am Bellatrix, leader of the lynx tribe. I too, have lost my clan here and I even thought this half demon was to blame as well, but that is not the case. Someone else killed our clans and then used their corpses as puppets to try to frame him. If you allow your ignorance get the best of you then you'll never be able to revenge your people."
Koga looked at the lynx demon with pure shock all over his feature. 'Someone else set this up?..Then this means I've fallen for some kind of trap.' Koga thought, clenching his fist. While all that was going on, Sango and Miroku separated from the rest of the group to see if they could find Naraku.
While walking around the two noticed a figure inside the castle. Sango used her boomerang bone to break down one of the castle's walls, revealing Naraku. Meanwhile, a new presence appears near the rest of the gang. "My, my and here I though all but one of you would have been taken out already. How boring," Kagura, one of Naraku's servants said walking towards everyone. "I guess that means I'll have to spice things up." Kagura took out her fan and left it up in an elegant manner.
"Ugh!" Koga winced in pain. "What the?" he muttered.
"Who are you?" Inuyasha questioned.
"My name's Kagura and Naraku wants you all dead." Kagura answered.
Bellatrix growled. "I'll take it that you're the one who killed the lynx and wolf clan." the emerald orbed demon sent a terrifying glare towards Kagura. "I suggest you forget about all of them because I'm the one that's gonna end you!" Charged at Kagura with inhuman speed. "Razors of hell!" The said girl swung her claws up and down and razor-like needles came rushing out of her claws and made their way towards Kagura.
Kagura used her fan to manipulate the wind to create a shield to block the attack. "Sorry but it's going to take a lot more than that to kill me."
"Oh I'm just getting started," Bellatrix then used her claws to summon her crimson blades. "Crimson claw blades!" She then raced towards Kagura and tried to cut her with the blades. Kagura dodged the blades and used her fan to surround Bellatrix with wind. Bellatrix began to scream in pain as broken skulls flew into the wind tornados and repeatedly cut into her flesh.
"Trix!" Aimi cried. "Hang in there!" Kagome took her bow and shot an arrow at Kagura, causing the wind tornados to cease and disappear when Kagura dodged the arrow. Koga quickly made it to Bellatrix's side, picking her up bridal style and carrying her over towards Aimi and Kagome.
"Well I guess I'll take my leave now." Kagura said, using her fan and somehow disappeared.
"D-damn her," Bellatrix growled. "Next time she won't get away from me." Koga pets Bellatrix's head to try to calm her down. Bellatrix then softly purred as her ears twitched.
'S-she's actually pretty cute...Wait what? What am I saying?! She's a cat and I'm a wolf.' Koga shook his head in attempt to force the thoughts out of his head.
"Inuyasha!" Miroku called as him and Sango make their way towards everyone. "It seems this was the work of Naraku."
"We kind of figured that out ourselves." Inuyasha retorted. Bellatrix winced as a sharp pain shot through her. She looked up at the sky with a determined look.
'For my clan I vow that I will end both you Kagura and that bastard known as Naraku.'
