Selfish love

The morning .

I woke up at 1:00 pm . I was very tired and I had no intentions of getting out of my bed but I had too . I was  famished so I went to the dinning table and called Rima to give me lunch . While I was sitting and waiting for the food I realised that I dint have shay's number . How could I be so stupid. That was my only chance to be myself with someone . Aghh I was so mad at myself . I had to go to moms room and ask her who shay is . But how will I do that ?! She will shoot me with questions . Rima came with my food and kept it on the table and now was just standing right in front of me and staring me.

" what's wrong Rima ? " I asked her with confusion. Rima was very close to me I knew her since I was 14 years old . She was five years elder to me but she always understood me and supported me . I use to be very close to her before I left and I was shocked that she never asked me or never got mad at me for not telling her .

"How's life Ella ? " she asked me .

"It's okay ! " I said .

"Oh okay ." She said and was about to leave but I stopped her .

"Rima you never asked me why I left . Why dint you get mad at me for not telling you ? " I asked her .

" I knew why you left . The day I got the news about your fathers death I knew it would be too hard to live here . I was going to suggest you that you just take a break and leave . But till that time you had already left . I knew you more than you knew yourself Ella . And I was happy that you left , you did that for yourself and that made me so happy. I never needed answers from you because I always saw it on your face."
She said .

I was shocked . I was blank . She knew . She knew how I felt . I loved her more than my own mother . She was my maid but She was like a sister to me and today she just proved it . My vision was getting blur . I was about to cry and I wasn't shy in front of her . I knew she wouldn't judge not today not ever .

"Rima you have no idea how speechless I am ! I love you so much . You are my sister . I thought nobody understood me . But here you are understanding me and supporting me . Thankyou ." I said .

"Ella I love you too . Now tell me who is that guy you were thinking about ." She asked me .

God she was an angel !

" hmm his name is shay . I met him yesterday . He was sitting near the wine collection and I really liked that about him . He was telling me that he doesn't know the girl who kept this party . And how he thought that girl was a spoilt brat ." I told her .

"And who is that girl ?" She asked .

"Rima that's me!" I said .

She started laughing and I couldn't help but join her . It was funny indeed . We somehow controlled our laugh so that I could continue the story .

"We were just talking Rima and it was different. that 5 to 10 minutes changed my day . I never asked his surname or his number . How could I be so dumb ? What should I do ? I want to meet him. I can ask for the guest list Rima but you know mom will shoot me with questions." I said .

"Just chill Ella . I am sure he will contact you if he is interested in you . Just be slow . If it's meant to be I am sure something will make you both meet again . And I suggest you to go ask your mothers manager to give you the guest list . He wouldn't dare to argue with you ." She said.

Oh my god . Why am I not as smart as her ?! I really owed her my life .

"Thankyou so much . I love you ." I said . And hugged her .

"You should leave now . And Ella all the best for your work I know you don't like it but just go with the flow. And if you need any help I would love to help you ." She said .

"Thankyou so much . Now that you are willing to help me, Would you like to be my manager Rima singh ?" I asked her and smiled .

"Are you kidding me Ella ? What about your mom ? How will she react to this ? Omg I can't believe you will ask me that ! And yes yes yes Ella! I would love to me your manager." She said . And hugged me .

I just hugged her back tightly. Today I was actually proud of myself . Today I did something right after so long . I was happy . And I was happy to have a person like Rima in my life .
