A long and sad one guys!!! get comfy!

Joe sat in the waiting room of the police office, nervously tapping his foot on the ground and picking at his finger nails.
His phone would 'bing' every now and then from the group chat that Caspar created.

Caspar...

Caspar connected all of these people and created one of the best friendships Joe had ever experience. Maybe that's why he didn't have the courage to take out his phone and watch his friends talk to the group that the missing boy himself made.

"Joe sugg?" announced a woman in her twentys, black hair pinned back against her scalp and in uniform.
Joe looked up and nodded at her, making his way over to the desk she was standing behind.
"officer Mashal is ready for you, would you like to follow me?" she said kindly, obviously recognising Joe's upset look on his tired face.
He nodded and faked a smile to show he wasn't a bad person, just an upset young adult who had the love of his life taken away from him because he couldn't take an other drink!
He was angry at himself, mad at his stupid mistake to go home at 11pm. Annoyed that the boys didn't call him to let him know Caspar was heading home. He was even upset with the fact Caspar didn't call a taxi but decided to walk home completely drunk and stupid.
Joe clenched his fists at the thought but snapped back into reality once the woman opened a door after he subconsciously followed her down a long corridor.
She smiled and held the door open for him.

Joe walked in to see a dark room, dimly lit by a window opposite from where he stood covered by bleached brown curtains. There was a man with grey short hair and a small amount of facial hair sitting in the room. He wore a similar uniform to the lady but looked slightly more masculine and in a bigger size. There was a black, bland table in front of him that he sat at with a chair on the other side. There was a weird looking radio that Joe assumed was used to record his voice and a cup of coffee that looked freshly made as small swirls of smoke evaporated from it.
"you must be Joe, come take a seat," he said, showing his low but warming voice as he pointed his hand to the seat Joe was previously looking at.
He stepped forward to the chair and took a seat as the woman shut the door and went away.
The officer pressed a button on the machine and put together his papers as Joe kept his head down.
"Officer Marshal with Joseph Sugg at 6:25pm, witness of the disappearance of Caspar Lee. Relationship: boyfriend," He spoke aloud so the microphone could pick it up. Joe clenched his eyes at the mention of the officer saying 'dissaperance', the past 48 hours suddenly coming to reality.

Caspar had disappeared.

"so Joe, where were you when you first heard Caspar was missing?" he asked, causing Joe to look up at him looking in his eyes.

"um, I was at home, in mine and Caspars apartment in London," he answered nervously, trying to keep contact with the man's eyes.
