Jackson's help..... Again

"They what?!!?" I said raising my voice.

"Jackson! Please calm down! It's not that big of a deal!" Bam Bam yelled.

"Not a big deal? NOT A BIG DEAL! Bam Bam, your parents ABUSE you!"

"YES! BUT THEY HAVE BEEN MY WHOLE LIFE!! NOTHING HAS CHANGED!" Bam Bam started to get teary.

"Don't cry Bam Bam." I wrapped him in my arms. "It's going to be ok and I'll make sure something's do change."

"W-what do you mean?" Bam Bam stuttered.

"I'll make sure they don't hurt you anymore."

"How?" Bam Bam asked.

"Your aren't going back home. You are staying here."

"But Jackson-"

"No buts. You are going to stay here and I'll protect you."

"Trust me Jackson. As much as I want to, I can't! My parents will find me. Then they won't only abuse me, they'll hurt you. I can't do that to you. "

"Don't worry! He won't look for you here. I have never met your parents! He never met me... My point is. I haven't had any contact with him." I tried to put thoughts into words but I don't think it worked.

"Don't worry Jackson. I I know what you mean."

"Good. Ok now let me text Kaydence and... some other friends." I stood up

"Like who?" He asked standing up with me.

"Like... some friends I want you to meet." I walked off to text Yugyeom but I didn't tell Bam Bam that.

To: Yugyeom

Hey Yugyeom! It's Jackson. I was wondering if you wanted to go to the mall with me and my friend.

From: Yugyeom

Sure, could binding a friend?

To: Yugyeom

Yeah that's ok. Meet me at Journeys at 2:00.

From: Yugyeom

Ok

I wasn't going to text Kaydence. I wanted to help with figuring out Bam Bam's feelings.

I walked back over to Bam Bam.

"Ok. So Kaydence come."

"Why not?" Bam Bam asked turning around from the T.V.

"Uhh, she already had plans." I lied.

"Oh. Ok." Bam Bam turned to the T.V. again.

"But some of my friends are going to meet is there at two so. Let's go!" I grabbed his wrist.

"But it's only 1:30!"

"It takes 15 minutes to get there and I want to look around before they get there!" I was careful I didn't tell him who we were meeting.
