Hey yall! I just picked random people I follow, but I was tagged to say 5 things about myself. Try it!
1. I looooooooove to read. In between classes, during classes, while I'm hanging with my friends, when I'm in an uncomfortable situation, when I'm comfortable.... All the time!
2. I have so much to say but I don't know how to say it! I'm taking a Race & Ethic Relations class rn, and it makes me feel like a shitty human being. I thought I was more open-minded than I am, but because of normative prejudices that are just splattered across the world, I am judgemental. I guess the fact that I can recognize it, and want to change is good. But, I just feel like I should be doing more.
3. I have the worst case of writer's block ever. I have so many ideas and concepts but putting them to paper is excruciating. (PS: If someone wants to work on a project together, PM me. I need someone to bounce ideas off of and I'm here for someone who needs the same.)
4. I am a tall, black woman, so I will be using my personal experiences/hopes in my stories. I like the idea of escaping to the unacknowledged, "fictional" world where everyone else lives. I like to write/read reality.
5. I am a huge procrastinator. I don't mean to be, but it happens. In my head, everything is organized and neat, but in reality....😔. I'm an organized mess, and I'm starting to be okay with it. I can't be perfect all the time. It's fine. I'll live.🤷🏽♀️
PPS. This song!!!!! Go Sam Smith. I know he is gay, but he's also my husband....Although I think I like thick Sam better🤔. Anywho.....😏💜💜💜
