Time (Noctis X Reader)

Assassins?

As you all may know Final Fantasy did a crossover with Assassin's Creed! My two favourite games in one! I'm gonna do this little festival and then get back to the real story line after ^^

"We'll be arriving shortly." Ignis said.

You, Prompto, and Noctis all got excited and you giggled when Prompto cheered, "Woohoo! Assassin's Festival, here we come!" Noctis stretched his arm out and pulled you in closer.

"I'm so hyped! I can't believe it's finally here!" You shook your head and smiled, "I know, you couldn't stop talking about it!" Noctis rolled his eyes and then smirked at you, "You were as well! I wasn't the only one."

Ignis sighed, "Need I remind you there's an imperial bounty on your head? Keep it in check." You chuckled and crossed your arms and leaned a little more into Noctis, "C'mon Iggy. I'm sure he'll be fine."

Gladio laughed, "Yeah let 'em have some fun, ya know it ain't easy being a wanted man." Prompto sat straight up and looked up, "Ooh! Ohh! Look at all these posters!"

"It's happening, isn't it. It's really happening!" Noctis said and couldn't keep the smile off his face. "Been waiting months!" You said

"What's got these three excited all of a sudden?" Gladio asked and you smiled up at him, "We happen to be fans of the Assassin's Creed series!"

"You would be too if you played it." Noctis said, and you put your hand on his chest and shrugged your shoulders, "To each their own."

Noctis lifted his hand and stood up in the car as did Gladio and you just looked up at them, "Really you guys need to stand?"

"Is this incredible or what?!" Prompto said,

"It's definitely different than usual." Gladio answered,

"Look at all these people!" Noctis said with his eyes wide and shining brightly. "And all these cars..." you chuckled at Ignis, "C'mon, Iggy lighten up!"

Ignis parked and you all got out, Noctis grabbed your hand and walked up the stairs, with everyone following from behind. Once you got to the top you stoped and looked up, "Check it out!" Your mouth dropped open, Noctis noticed and pushed it closed.

"Oh em gee! Look at 'em go!" Prompto said,

"What kind of crazy stunt is that?" Gladio asked a little shocked, "The Leap Of Faith—one of the Assassins' most astounding acrobatic feats." Ignis answered.

You all watched as the man was getting ready to jump and you grabbed onto Noctis's arm and looked up at him, "You wanna do it, don't you, Noct?"

"I don't know what you're talking about." Noct answered,

"Oh I think you do." Prompto said and winked at you. Noctis looks around and spots Cindy and Holly. He nudges you and leans his head towards their direction. "Let's go say hi."

Cindy waves at you and smiles, "Howdy, y'all!" Prompto walks ahead and waves back, "H-hey Cindy!" You and Noctis both looked at each other and smirked.

Holly looked over to Cindy and then back to you guys, "Say, I didn't realize you knew my favourite hunters!"  Cindy smiled, "They also happen to be my favourite customers."

"I take it you two are friends?" Gladio asked, Cindy nodded, "Me an' Holly? We bosom buddies!"

"So, can you tell me what this Assassin's Festival thing is all about?" You drop your hand from Noctis's arm and watch as he interrupts the conversation, "Well, you see it all started a long time ago when this guy who eventually became the Assassin of the legend—''

"—I was asking her." Gladio interrupted him and Holly laughs, "Simmer down now, I'd be happy to tell you all about it. We're also giving out costumes for the people to wear."

Prompto jumped up and down, "Can we Noct?! Can we, can we, can we?!"

Noctis crosses his arms and sighs. Ignis nods, "Certainly would work as a ideal disguise. Given the current state of the town."

"Well, I guess I have no choice then."

"Hah! As if you really say "no" to dressing up like an assassin." Prompto said and nudged him. Noctis rolled his eyes and walked towards you and put his arm around your shoulder. "Babe, you ready to officially join the brotherhood?"

You laughed, "Of course! Nothing is true; everything is permitted."

Noctis ruffles your hair and smirks, "That's my girl." You all went to go get changed and you decide to leave your hood up and you twirl a little and look at Noctis, "Well? What do you think?"

Noctis felt as if this was dream and froze, "U-uh." You narrowed your eyes at him and then looked down at your outfit, you were wearing Ezio's outfit from Assassins Creed 2.

"Y-you look amazing." You smiled brightly and kissed his cheek. "Thanks, Noct!"

"What are we waiting for?! Let's go check out the festival!" Noctis said and grabbed your hand and pulled you along.
