Carrie POV:
Today was Friday. The only thing that was motivating me to get out of my bed was the fact that I could sleep in tomorrow. Today I have a lot of meetings and things to do at work. Besides all the work, I love my job! The atmosphere, the people...everything!
So today I'm wearing a simple black tee shirt dress that goes a little above my knees with red heels. It was simple. I liked it. I quickly get some coffee and some breakfast at a local cafe down the street from my job. Alrighty let's go to work....
No ones POV:
Carrie begins working, making phone calls, getting things all organized. The usual. Bennett (her assistant) walks in and tells her, "Carrie...oh my gosh. You have a meeting that you don't wanna miss!!" "Yeah okay send them in." Carrie replied. Carrie was still focused into what she was doing that what happens next catches her off guard COMPLETELY.
Sebastian stands in the doorway of Carrie's office and says "What's up Bradshaw..?" With a huge smile on his face. Carrie looks up with a shocking look. Deep down inside she was sweating because she was nervous and also confused as to why he was here. "Hey Kydd." She replies.
Dialogue Moment:
C- Carrie
S- Sebastian
*
C- "so what brings you here."
S- "i wanted to see you but i wanted to see if i could get some advertising for my business. "
C- "ummm yeah sure i don't see why not"
S- "Carrie?"
C- "Yes?" *looks really nervous*
S- "I have something to tell you..."
C- "okay? What is it?"
S- "so for the past two years, I've been working really hard on my business. Making sure everything is steady and stable and I'm coming back to the city for good."
C- "oh my gosh Sebastian that's great!!! Why come back all of the sudden??"
S- "because...I miss you a lot."
C- "Sebastian I've missed you too"
S- "I was thinking we talk more later...how about over some dinner?"
C- "sure!"
No ones POV:
Carrie was about to poop herself. She has a date with Sebastian Kydd! She so nervous. She didn't know what to do but to smile. She knew this is what she wanted but was this the right time? She hoped so.
End of chapter 2**
