Chapter Three - Lucy

one month until the cheerleading competition

I glance at the school court yard, nervously. I try to find Teresa. I take a deep breath and then slowly step towards the clumps of kids chattering in the courtyard. Then I spot Teresa, with my other besties: Cloe, Stella, Tiffany, and Julie . Tiffany is talking about the adorable new bunny she got last week, and is asking for name suggestions. I've seen the bunny last week at our sleepover, it's cute and fluffy, like a little white furball. I run up to Tiff, with a new name idea for her bunny. "Call it snowflake" I shout form the other side of the courtyard, jogging towards my friend circle. "Awh, that's a really cute name!" She exclaims, covering her mouth with her perfectly light blue polished nails for more dramatic effect. Have I ever described Tiffany? She is my bestest friend out of all of them. She has beautiful long black lashes, and chocolate coloured hair, like mine. It is sleek and strait, and is so long that it reaches her back. She has the most incredible fashion sense too. Almost everything she owned is pastel coloured, meaning it's absolutely incredible. She is a very sweet girl and hates creating drama or stealing the spotlight, but she doesn't have to do that, because people are automaticly attracted to her. "But you said you'll call it bubble gum, like what I suggested" Teresa interupts, stepping more inside the circle. "Well, I think Snowflake, snowy or Frosty or something like that is better because it suits the colour of my bunny." Tiffany responds honestly. "But pleaseee. Bubble gum is a much cuter name for a baby bunny" Teresa implores. "I'm sorry, Ti, but I think I'll go with Snowflake. It's just more appropriate." Tiff says, sympatheticly. Teresa mumbles something in response, then she walks away saying she forgot her Science homework in her locker. "I love that name, chica, nicely thought of." Cloe calls out, giving me a hug. She is always the cheerful one in the group. I hug back saying " Thanks, but it seems like Ti doesn't agree with it." Everyone giggles, saying they actually agreed with my name for the bunny better. Then the bell rings, and we have to go inside.

Chapter Three - Tiffany

Already in first block ( History ) my phone buzzes.

Stellaaa: Hey cutie, getting bored of class yet?

Tiffxbunny: It's history, my fave class! Why would I be bored?

Stellaaa: Who even wants to know what happened in AD 500?

Tiffxbunny: I do :D and btw, it was the time of the Roman empire back then.

Stellaaa: -.- anyways, gtg. Mr. Parker is handing out an assignment.

Tiffxbunny: cya l8r.

I stuff my phone back into my pocket, only to realize that Lucy (who is in art class now) started texting me too.

Lucy <3: u shouldhsg still clll your bvnny buuble gum.

Tiffxbunny: Gosh Lucy watch the typos! ;)

Lucy <3: Sorry, that was Ti, I was trying to get my phone out of her hand that's why she made all the                   typos. :(

Tiffxbunny: No problem :D how's art?

Lucy <3: We are working on an abstract project now. blehh it so boring :/

Tiffxbunny: I never liked abstract anyways, haha. I have to go now, catch you at lunch!

Lucy <3: Byee :)

I sign off. Goodness, I may appear to be friendly, sweet and stylish to others, but honestly, I get so jelous of Lucy.  She's so pretty, and even though she is single, unlike me ( I have Brandon, the sweetest guy ever ) she is pretty and everybody loves her. I think she might just be the most popular of our grade. Oh well. I return my focus on the French revolution lecture that Ms. Smith is giving. I love school, even though I will never admit that to anybody, because it is such an embarrasing confession. After two more subjects it will be lunch! Finally!

Chapter Three - Teresa

one month until the cheerleading competitions

It is lunch time at last. I have to appologize to Lucy now. When I reach the canteen, I walk towards her. " Lucy, do you have a minute?" As I pull he over, I explain about how foolish I have been, making a plan like that, but not the part about me liking Jack. She had her confused facial expression on the whole time, because, yeah, it is all a bit confusing. "Teresa, thanks for being honest with me. Of course I forgive you" She said with a warm smile, giving me a hug. "Thanks, Lucy. I'm sorry." I reply. " Don't appologize to me, appologize to Jack. He got so scared!" I giggle and tell her that I might just tell him sorry one day. I'm really a mess sometimes, but I am glad that we are friends again. I scurry away to grab my lunch.

Coincidently I bump into Jack. great. This can't get any better. Just as I am trying to forget about him, he bumps into me. "Oops, sorry, Teresa. I hope I didn't spill anything on you." He says. I respond him with: " No problem, Jack. Oh, and sorry about yesterday. Me and Cloe were just playing a foolish prank on you." YES! Now Jack believes we are just mean, but not that I like him! "Oh, well, that was not very funny. But I suppose I can forgive you." He replied, simling, then he walks away to pay for his lunch.

I return to my lunch table with two steaming hot mugs of lavender tea and a hot pretzel. one for Stella, one for me. Tiff uncomfortably shifts in her seat, of course feeling guilty about what happened in the courtyard. Her voice squeaks as she starts to talk. "Sorry" she says, blushing. Ugh. Who does she think she is. But instead of speaking my mind, I reply "It's okay. Here's your hot lavender tea Stella." She accepts the tea gratefully.

Then the speakers booms trough the canteen. "All cheerleaders, please report to the bleachers in uniform. There is a highly urgent anouncement to be made." everybody looks up, scared.
