Living Our Lives As Parents (Fairytail fanfic) (Hiatus)

Chapter 1.

Lucy's POV

"Lucy, it's time you wake up." Said my maid Virgo. "But I don't want to goto school!" I Said covering the light from my window with a pillow. "But you have to. You know what day it is." Said Virgo. "Yeah, and if I'm lucky enough they'll give my partner to someone else." I Said. Virgo laughed. "Princess I'll see you downstairs in 20 minutes" Said Virgo.

Slowly I got up and took a shower. After doing that I got into my cheerleading outfit since there was a game tonight and we have to wear them to school whenever there's a game. Our team captains are Erza and Mira and the girls on the team that I knew were Juvia Lockser, Levy Mcgarden, Cana Alberona, and Wendy Marvell. And then there's Lissana Strauss. Currently I don't know her very well but I do know is that she's the slut of the school.

I then put my hair in a ponytail and decided to do my makeup natural. After putting in my cheerleading bow and grabbed my cheer shoes I went downstairs. "Great Your here princess." Said Virgo hanging me my breakfast. "How many times do I have to tell you to not call me princess." I Said. "I'm sorry princess." Said Virgo. I rolled my eyes.

After finishing my breakfast I grabbed my backpack and ran out the house to my car. A Mercedes Benz with the top down. I then threw my backpack and my cheerleading bag in the car I jumped in the front seat and sped off to school.

As soon as I got to school I spotted Levy and Juvia. They were both on the cheerleading squad also. "Hey Lulu!" Said Levy. I smiled and waved as I walked towards them. "You guys excited?" Asked Levy. I rolled my eyes. "Why would we we're narrowing our lives down to the point right now where we'll just have children with guys who don't even want their own-" "Calm down Juvia!" Said Levy. Juvia nodded but was still shaking.

"You can't blame her Levy I mean she does have a point." I Said. Levy rolled her eyes. "I mean it was bound to happen at one point with this dilemma." She Said as I nodded. "Hey Girls!" Said Mirajane as we walked through the door. Erza was right beside her. Her and Erza were also on the cheer squad but, they were seniors whilst Levy, Juvia, and I were juniors. "Hey guys." I smiled.

"Any of you scared?" Asked Erza. We all nodded including Mira. Erza laughed. "You'll be Fine." She Said. "Sure," We all said sarcastically. We could tell Erza was scared also but was just keeping strong. You could tell in her eyes. "So when's the program?" I Asked. "At ten, there waiting awhile till everyone gets here." Said Erza. "That gives me some time to think on wether or not I should run away and go back home." Said Juvia.

Erza grabbed Juvia's arm. "You'll be Fine!" She said as I rolled my eyes. "Okay girls come on, the coach wants an extra practice before the game and Said this morning is perfect." Said Mira. Mira was the captain of the cheer squad whilst Lissana so happened to be the co-captain.

I walked into practice. "It's obvious I'm gonna get Natsu though. I mean we're so compatible. He's the star point guard, I'm the star cheerleader, he's one of the most popular guys in school, I'm the most popular girl in school I mean, how cute would our babies be?" She asked her friends around her.

"Lissana needs to Shut her damn mouth before she gets knocked out." Said Cana. Cana wasn't on the cheerleading squad
She was more of a jock. She played girls basketball, soccer, volleyball, and even ran track. She usually watched us practice since the girls would practice for basketball.

"I know we used to all be really good friends but, when Lucy came here she stopped hanging out with us." Said Levy. "Yeah she even disappeared for awhile." Said Juvia. "I sent her away to a boarding school. She was getting really bad, she was even on drugs for awhile but luckily she's better now." Said Mira. "Your sister sure is a handful." Said Erza as I nodded. "C'mon girls get in your places!" Said the coach.

I sighed and grabbed my poms. I was silently praying that I didn't get the one person Lissana wanted and, that person so happened to be: Natsu Dragneel.

"Hurry Lu, the program starts in ten minutes." Said Levy. I waved her off. After practice we were sweaty as hell. I had to take another shower and redo my makeup and hair, which was what I was doing now. "Seriously Lu, it takes you forever to get ready." Said Levy as Juvia laughed. "Okay I'm done let's go." I Said putting my makeup bag back inside my bag.

We then began our walk to the gymnasium. It was far but we had like eight minutes left. We would get there within five minutes. "Have you heard? Lissana actually is going to be Natsu's partner." Said Juvia. I shrugged. "Why should I care. He's a jerk and a player boy. Just like the rest of the boys on the basketball team." I Said.

Levy and Juvia smirked. "Yeah but he's also your long time crush." Levy and a Juvia said at the same time smirking. "Guys! It's not even like that anymore! I don't like him! Actually I hate his guts!" I said. "Who do you hate?" Asked Levy once again. I rolled my eyes. "Duh! I hate Natsu Dragneel!" I Said.

"Really?" Said a voice. I looked up and blushed. "Well I hate you too, Lucy Heartfilia." He Said. I rolled my eyes and kept walking. "Aww! There flirting!" Said Levy. I flipped her off. "I didn't know Natsu could be that scary." Said Juvia. I nodded. "And super tall!" Added Levy. I rolled my eyes. "You see him play basketball every night." I Said as we walked through the gym.

"Over here!" Said a voice. I looked over and saw Mira. She was sitting with Cana and Erza. We sat down beside them. "What took you so long? It's about to start." Asked Erza. "Lucy as always." Said Levy. "Maybe I was doing it on purpose. I mean who really wants to be here?" I asked everyone. "Mira is the only lucky one. Atleast She has a boyfriend." Said Cana. "That's not true Cana. Your father is letting you not get a partner since he's so known at fairy tail academy." Said Levy.

Cana shrugged. "Excuse me children but it's time for me to tell you your partners for the baby project." Said our principle, Mr. Makarov. I sighed. "Get ready girls." Said Erza. We all nodded. "If you have picked your boyfriend/girlfriend for the project you may now leave." He Said. Mira got up and waved. "Good luck girls! Tell me all about it at the game tonight!" She Said as she locked hands with Laxus.

The principal began calling random names. "Bixlow And Lissana Strauss." He said after a couple. I laughed. "So much for her getting Natsu." Said Erza. I nodded. "Erza Scarlett And Jellal Fernandez." He Said. I looked over at her and saw her blush. I gave her a thumbs up as she got up. "Gray Fullbuster And Juvia Lockser." I looked over at Juvia sadly. She got a player boy.

Juvia had her head down. "Good luck Juvia." I Said. She nodded. "It's Just You and me Levy." I Said. She nodded. "Gajeel Redfox And Levy Mcgarden." Levy got up. I mouthed a sorry. She shrugged and walked out with him. "Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia." He Said. My heart skipped a beat. "Not fair!" I heard Lissana shriek.

I got up. And walked away silently with him. For the rest of the day I have to stay with him and get to know him. "So i have to be with you." He Said anger written in his voice. "I guess so but no need to judge. I meant what I said earlier today. I hate you." I Said. "Same here."
