Alec and Jace have a very strong friendship they protect each other like brothers even though Jace has Ana as his girlfriend he still hangs out with Alec a lot as well as going out places  with Anastacia and with Jace's parents working most days he needs to  babysit his 14 year old little sister Becca which Alec comes and helps with of course because although becca's 14  she has a little crush on her big brothers bestfriend."Becca!!! Alec's here to help babysit you"  Jace yelled  up to her while she was  sitting in her room "Yayyyy !!! Alec can help me with my maths homework then" she said with joy while rushing down the stairs to see  him

"really can i help you Becca" alec said with a hint of sarcasim in his voice "Becca you need to ask him first " Jace said to her with the most stuck up snobby tone he could do trying to act like his father who unfortunatly was born into the wealthy side of the city and incouraged his children to do the best they can at school and not to drink at the age of 18 like most teenagers do but Daisy his mother had always said to him to go out and enjoy his life while he can because you live once and once only by the time Becca and Jace had stopped arguing about if Alec was going to help becca with math homework it was nearly 7 oclock and Alec had said he was tired and decided to go back home but what he didnt know was that Anastacia was sitting on the living room couch watching the T.V. because Lydia was out with her dad and she wasn't going to jace's  house because his sister would moan to their mum about her and she certainly didn't want to go home and listen to her mum bad mouth jace infront of her.
