Serena's POV

"Ow, what the hell, Fletchling?" I wake up half awake to a small black and red bird with a small black beak tapping its beak on my forehead.

"Ouch." I say as I throw my pillow at it.

"Fletch." It says as it flies out of the window.

I look over to my small red and yellow puppy, Fennekin, who yawns, opening its eyes to the world. I look over at my alarm clock. 6:35.

"Oh, crap. I'm gonna be late." I run out of my bedroom, and into the shower.

Grace's POV

As my daughter comes down stairs, I look at her.

"Hey, how's Miss Beauty Sleep doing?" She looks at me and mumbles under her breath.

"So, how are you going to enjoy your first day at Kanto Regional High?"

"I don't know, just stay away from everybody. I don't want the extra popularity. I already get enough when we go out every single day."

"Hmm, nice plan." I hand her her breakfast of pancakes, OJ, bacon, and eggs.

"Thanks mom." She says.

As she gets done, she washed the plate, get her backpack, Pokéballs, and waves goodbye.

Serena's POV

As I walk to the bus stop, I trip and fall on my face.

"Ow." I rub my forehead, still stinging from Fletchling's assault.

"Hi, are you okay?" I look up to see a bluenette, with a white cap with a pink half-Pokéball on it, black top and pink skirt, she had a pink scarf, Dark Blue eyes, black tight, a white undershirt, and a small blue penguin on her shoulder​. She hold out her hand and I grab it.

"Hi, I'm Dawn, and this is my partner, Piplup. Say hi, Piplup."

"Pip." It squealed happily, giving a smile.

"Aww, what a cutie." I say scratching it head.

"I'm Serena." I take out my Pokéball, and release my starter, and this is my partner, Fennekin."

"Fen."

"So, how are you this morning, besides that fall?"

"Good," I say as we continue to walk to the bus stop.

"Hmm, you look familiar."

"Whaaaaaaaaat, you're kidding...right?" I say worriedly.

"I know who you are. Serena Yvonne. I saw you in a magazine. Daughter of world famous Rhyhorn Racing champion, Grace Yvonne."

"No I'm not."

"Yes, you are."

"Keep it down, I don't want any attention drawn to me."

"Hmm, it's not me you have to worry about, it's the entire school."

When we finally get to the bus stop, we the bus doors open up, revealing a short fat man who looks like he didn't shave, a cap, and yellow shirt black pants, and a face that looks like he made a wrong turn somew in life.

"Well, sit down, we ha-. OMA, you're Serena Yvonne." I could here whispers coming from the bus. Then total pandemonium.

"Oh my Arceus. Sit next to me."

"No, sit next to me."

"No, me."

"Marry me." Everyone just start yelling, I look to find a seat open, with a boy with a black hoodie, and headphones in his ears.

"Come on." I grab Dawn's hair, and sit down next to him.

"Hello," I say to the boy. He doesn't even move. Not even acknowledging me. I don't want to be noticed, but at least have the manners to say hi.

"Don't worry about him, he's nobody. Hi, I'm May. How are you?"

A brunette with blue eyes, a red shirt with a navy blue semi-circle on it, a yellow fanny pack, white and navy gloves, a white mini skirt over dark blue cycle shorts, and black ankle socks along with red shoes with black and yellow stripes waves to me.

"Hi, how are you, Kalos Queen Finalist?"

"Good. Hey, what're your 1st periods?"

"I have Pokémon Training with Colress," May said

"I have Math with Mr. Rawson," Dawn said.

"I have Pokémon Breeding," I said.

As we compared schedules, we didn't notice that the bust had stopped.
