Gina's Point of View:

I can't believe what I was reading; Embry broke up with me through a text message. How could he do this to me to us? I know I never had feelings for him then but, I do now. Now, all of a sudden he gives up already.

I feels the tears rolling down my cheeks as I'm sitting at the end of my bed. I'm all alone now, I wish I had someone here with me by my side; a friend who I can find comfort in.

I pull my legs up to where my knees are at my chest; trying to fight the tears but, I can't. I look outside to see not only darkness but, feel like someone or something is watching me from my window. I stop crying and wipe the tears away from my face to get up and walk to my window.

I look out to see that everything is dark but, my eyes catch something that isn't dark but, a little light. I see to small dots from a far; they look like fireflies and that's when the two small glowing dots started to come even closer.

That's when I started to think, what kind of animal's eyes glow like that? Also, why aren't I scared as there getting closer? Maybe because without anyone left for me in my life; I shouldn't have a life anymore. Me being curious, I decided to go outside and see these eyes up close and personal.

I unlock my door and turn the knob to push the door open to step outside and close the door behind me. The outside light is on so, that way I can see how far I'll get from my house. I take a few steps forward to see the mysterious creature hiding in the shadows. I take another few steps forward and that's when the creature started to back up.

I stopped knowing that if I keep taking a couple of more steps it would probably run off.
"It's Okay, please don't run off. Come a little closer" I said calmly as I sticked my hand out.

I started to back up a little as the creature started coming forward but, the creature stops as I'm backed all the way to the door. It stands there for a second whether to step into the light or not. The creature puts its paw out to where I can see it until, it shows the rest of it. I look from its paw to looking at the creature's face.

I looked to see that it was a wolf, a really big wolf that could probably crush me or kill me right now.

I still wasn't scared though; it looked into my eyes as I look into its eyes as well. I put out my hand and took a step forward wanting to pet the creature if it let me. I turn my head away and close my eyes waiting to see how it would react. I felt a soft and warm touch; I opened my eyes and turned my head to see that the wolf wanted to be felt. I rubbed it's head and know that the creature likes the feeling of it.

I take my hand away as the wolf backs up; the wolf gets down in a laying position. I watch to see that the wolf is changing into something else and realize this isn't a wolf but, a werewolf.

What was once the wolf is now in human form; it stands up and walks back towards me.

It steps into the light and I see the person who I once knew... It was Paul!

I can't believe he's standing in front of me naked. I do my best not look down and just look him in the eyes completely shocked.
