4:30 p.m. walking from the quarry
as you guys are about to walk back your house, you see a kid splashing around in the water when you go back to get your stuff. he looks all scuffed up and bloody. you start walking up to him and try to help him.

wait, where's y/n?

"Y/N!" bill walks up to me.

why does he look mad?

he starts yelling at me. he "richie! w-w-where's y/n?! i t-tuhtold you to keep an eye on her so nothing happens! jesus richie!" yup, he's mad, alright.

"hey! she left me, alright? i don't know why you're so protective anyways? it's not like you're dating!"

"just f-fucking find her.."

"don't worry i will."

"Y/N!" shit where is she?

i look around, and i see her helping a kid with a few cuts on his stomach. she's so sweet.

"holy shit what happened to you?"

you look over and see richie squinting his eyes at you and the new kid, ben.

"he got cut by bowers. we have to help him."

"al-alright, i'll tell the guys. bring him with us."

you walk ben to your guys' bikes and see bill pacing back and forth. stan looks at him weirdly and says, "bill calm down, nothing wrong is happening."

bill snaps back, "and if s-s-something did? what would you do stan, huh?"

"chill dude. i'm right here bill."

"oh thank god, i thought bowers got to you. are you okay? did you get hurt?" he says engulfing you into a hug.

you see richie rolling his eyes looking at us as he talks to ben asking him what happened.

"c'mon guys let's go to the drug store and look for supplies" i day gesturing to our bikes.

eddie says "h-hey y/n, wanna ride my bike so the new kid can ride yours?"

richie blurts out "uh uh, she can ride just like she did with my wang last night!" pointing both of his thumbs at himself.

you punched him again, but this time, not so playfully. "shut up dipshit." you say rolling your eyes

"you know you love it!" he says raising his eyebrows

you elbowed his side as you walk towards eddie's bike. you get on behind him and hold onto his waist a little by tightly since you felt bad for ben.

you ride to the drug store as ben follows us. when you finally get there, you guys split up all looking for the right supplies to help ben. richie stays outside with ben.

as you finally find the aisle with all the health supplies, you see the girl greta was bullying a few hours ago in the bathroom. she stops at the start of the aisle hiding something behind her back and you look up and make eye contact.

you heard so many rumors about her but never really believed them. sure, you thought she was one of the prettiest girls in the school, but even based on just her looks, and how she acts, you know she wouldn't do any of that.

"whatcha ya got there?" you say smiling.

"it's nothing." she says looking down

"i've heard the rumors. it's fine, i never believed them." you start pulling her arm from behind her back to the front of her.

it's a box of tampax.

"don't worry. it's not that big of a deal. i'm y/n"

"i'm bev. beverly marsh." you smile as you grab the supplies. eddie, bill, and stan find you in the next aisle and as soon as bev sees eddie, she  quickly drops the box into your bag full of supplies.

"guys this is bev."

bill looks at her from down to up. his face is in awe.

"i'm b-bill." he says nervously half-smiling.

eddie looks at us impatiently and blurts out, "okay, so how are we gonna afford half of this stuff, like y/n basically picked out everything from the aisle, like we only need hal-"

"guys, i got this." beverly says as she walks over to the cashier starting small talk.

as she knocks over a small display of magazines, she looks back at us as the cashier picks them up and winks. but ass we leave, i grab a chocolate bar for richie.

when we walk out of the store, i toss richie the chocolate bar as he says, "thanks y/n/n (your nickname) eddie starts to bandage up ben and his cuts while richie does commentary using that stupid british accent.

after he cleans up ben, you guys walk back to your house and bev follows. she rides on the back of bill's bike as i ride on the back of eddie's.

5:45 p.m at your house
as eddie drops you off at your house and as bill drops off bev. when you're done changing yourself, you wait for the rest of the boys go to their houses to change into new clothes before coming back to yours.

bill's pov

"b-bye bev." you say as she waves back before turning her back walking up the stairs. but when you're just about over a minute from yours and y/n's house you see something red. bright red. you start riding over there and see a red balloon. you look closer and see the top half of a clowns face.

"bill... i wanna go h- *sniff* home..."

you hear your little brother's voice as you look back not seeing anyone. you start tearing up. you look back at the area where you say the clown when all of a sudden, IT disappeared.

"w-w-what the fu-"

"BILL!"

you wince as you're eyes widen after you hear your name called from behind you.

you turn around slowly and see...

y/n running towards you. ( HAH YOU THOUGHT )

you walk closer to her wrapping your eyes around her taking her into a long, tight, hug, still tearing up. you're almost to the point of crying.

"b-bill, i can't breathe dude." she say giggling.
but her expression changes as she notices a tear coming down your face.

"hey, are you okay? let's go home, everything's gonna be fine." she says as she wipes a tear off your face.

a/n: so school got cancelled tmo & could possibly be cancelled friday, so i'll be updating this one a lott, & i feel my chapters are getting longer & longer, but it's fine by me. 😂 but my prayers go out to ones who were injured/hurt from the wildfires and their families ♥️
