A/N Hey guys. It's been so long since my last update and I apologize for that. I've been very busy (reading) but I promise to make it up to you guys. I don't know if this chapter makes any sense but enjoy!!! This chapter is unedited.

"Why are you looking at me?" I asked retreating a bit.

"We all know how important this is to us. Elder Orion can't die. I would have gone if only I am qualified." Elder Chase said.

"But why me? Do you think I can do this? I may have Mastered the art of Nature Magic but it is not due to my own effort. I was just lucky acquiring an amazing ability."

"Would we choose you if we don't trust you? You survived out of the wilderness for a long time. You lived here for a very short time but you managed to impress everyone, that includes the Wood Spirits of the Elder Tree. You are definitely worth our trust." Elder Rexx said.

I don't know what to say after hearing that. It was flaterring and overwhelming.

"Sky, please." Elder Mia pleaded. "We need your help. To be honest, anyone of us would willingly go with you. However, with the attack that we suffered earlier, we need every strength that we can get."

"I understand." I said weakly.

This would probably be the heaviest responsibility that I am going to carry. Failing is not going to be an option.

The Wood Spirit stomped her hooves gathering all attention to her.

"It has been an exhausting day for everyone. I suggest you should rest and prepare yourselves for any possible attacks. Looks like the protection from the Elder Trees is not enough for your safety."

Fog started to gather until the Wood Spirit's silhouette was gone.

We returned back to the village and just like what the Wood Spirit said, we returned back to our homes to rest.

Sleeping was easier said than done. With the events that happened earlier, it was inevitable for someone to not feel exhausted and that was also applied for me.

However, the news about my upcoming adventure to help the Grand Elder kept on weighing on my mind.

Thankfully, my exhaustion proved to be stronger than my constant worrying.

---------

The next morning, I would have loved to stay late but a shake woke me up from my peaceful slumber.

I thought someone was shaking me but that would be impossible because no one is permitted to come inside my room. Then I found out it was actually the whole room that was shaking.

'Is there another attack?' I groaned.

My panicking was not necessary because it was not an attack at all. It was not even a natural earthquake but a result of the continuous stomping of the Wood Spirit that helped us yesterday.

All the Nature Hall Sprites were also out trying to find out what was happening just to find out a Minor Goddess was the one who's waking us up.

When her sight found me, she nodded at me then walked away making all those Elves behind her to split apart to make a way.

I don't know what that nod meant but I did the most reasonable thing that I could think of. I followed her.

It was a very awkward walk. Not one word was shared between us and I don't think striking a conversation with a Goddess is a good idea. I mean, if you're a Goddess, you certainly have criterions on who is allowed to speak to you.

Aside from the awkwardness, my legs were also starting to hurt because of the continuous walk. Flying should be a wonderful option right now but don't you think it's extremely rude to fly while your companion was walking? I can only endure. Sometimes, I hope that I'm not such considerate person.

I released a sigh of relief when we finally reached our destination. Not only I can finally rest, but I can also enjoy watching the surroundings.

It was very beautiful. Aside from the river that was so clear that you can see the bottom, there's also a majestic waterfall that you can only stare in awe. Different beasts were also present. They stared at us warily when we passed by and thankfully, they did not attack.

You can't really digest everything in one go. That's just how spectacular the place is. I would have loved to stay here just to connect with the nature but unfortunately, we have a different business in coming here.

"Start with the basic nature meditation. You probably already mastered." she stated without giving me any consideration if I rested enough or not.

It was a bit irritable but since she's a Goddess, I can't really do anything to her. Besides, nature meditation is just simply being one with nature so, basically, it's just like resting.

I closed my eyes and did what I've learned a long time ago. Honestly, I kept on doing this for a very long time that it already feels natural like inhaling and exhaling.

When you start meditating, you cant really feel the time passing by so it was probably a long time when she disturbed me.

"That's good. But that's not the only thing why we came here for. Obviously, it's to teach you a technique in Nature Magic. Even your Grand Elder was not able to learn this. It was just too complicated and even until now, he still doesn't have any idea." She instructed. "This technique will greatly help you in your journey. It will increase your chance in completing this mission. That's why, I won't allow you to go in your journey without learning this technique first."

I unconsciously gulped. This would be difficult.

"There us no time limit in learning this technique, but the longer you take in learning this technique, the harder it is for Orion. Remember, he only has five years before the poison activates. The faster you learn, the sooner you get to find the cure for him. Now, let's start!"

She gave me a ripe peach.

"Observe this carefully."

I raised an eyebrow. She did spare me any glance and walked away to somewhere.

I can only sigh.

Okay. It's yellow, with a red color on some places. It smells good and it has a smooth surface. What else?

I don't know how long I stared at it trying to find something peculiar about it but nah. I found nothing at all. Someone would probably think I am crazy when they saw me. Staring deeply on a fruit while mumbling. Now imagine that!

I found everything to be nonsense so I enjoyed myself. I took off my clothes and swam on the river. Then I went to a nearby rock just to relax.

It was not intentional but I slept. When I woke up, it was already dark. I wore my clothes and went back to the place where I was supposed to train. I expect the Wood Spirit was there but no one was in sight. The peach was still there lying on the ground. Thankfully, plants with natural light was everywhere so you can still see. I just hope no one will attack me in here.

--------

Five days passed and the Wood Spirit still did not comeback. Thankfully, I have my beasts to accompany me so I'm not lonely.

The peach was long gone, already disfigured to a black mess. I actually have intentions of eating it but in fear of offending a Goddess, I abstained, now it's wasted.

All of a sudden, the vegetations around seemed to dance in excitement. Plants started to sway sideways to make a path then she came out.

She only looked at the blackened peach on the ground then picked a mango fruit on a nearby tree and gave it to me.

"Observe."

Then walked out.

I stared at her with mouth wide open.

"Are you serious?"
