It had been a week, I didn't miss him well I didn't actually know I didn't feel anything. I thought Brad and nothing, not a single emotion. Did that mean I liked him or hated him?

Mum had decided to take me out for dinner as I hadn't really been out much, I didn't want anyone to see me I till I didn't have a single scratch on me.

I put on some jeans and a loose fitting jumper with converse. I tried to cover up some of my scratches and scars with make up and succeeded.

I then hopped in the car and mum drove off.

We pulled up at an American diner and I sighed as I hopped out the car not wanting to have left my bed. We sat down and I ordered a burger which I couldn't wait for.

"Hang on I'm just gonna go to the loo." my Mum said as we finished are conversation about David Beckham. As she got up I returned my gaze to my phone and scrolling down tumblr.

"KATIEEEE"

Shit

"Katie don't ignore me," He took a seat opposite me, I daren't look up maybe if I acted dead he would leave, "Kate I've been trying to call you and text you and god knows what else in happy to see you."

I was preying for mum to come back so she could get him to leave.

"Katie why are you ignoring me?" He asked more seriously, getting up and sliding into my side of the booth.

I kept scrolling through tumblr until my phone was snatched out if my hand.

"Give it back." I said sounding weak I finally lifted my head up and was met by the gaze of Brad.

He smiled at me and I blanked him.

"Your kind if being an arse." he snapped

Ok.

"I'm not going away until you talk to me." he said his voice sounding smug

We were interrupted by a loud crash from the bathroom that interrupted the whole restaurant.

Mum.

I ran past the gathering crowd, but mum wasn't in there, just a women stood by the sink.

"He...Um...He grabbed her..." she couldn't utter a word.

I felt my breathing increase rapidly. The walls were closing in, but from the corner of my eye I could see a note stuck to the door, I ripped it off and read it

Your mum will be safe when I have you

Lots of Love
Richard
