It's Monday and I haven't heard from Michael since he left me without any explanation. I honestly could care less. I don't want him thinking that we can be really good friends because I have school to focus on.

I gabbed my bag and went to the bus stop waiting for the bus to pull off and take me to that one place I dreaded.

School is just a stress and the same exact thing everyday. Nothing ever changes unless it's one of those days where they have somebody having some bullshit speech in the auditorium that no one cares about.

I would just drive myself to school but my mom needs the car for work and I don't like really driving to school because that means trying to find a parking lot in a crowded place.

I walked up the steps on the bus and took a seat pulling my phone out and listening to music. Mayday Parade was my absolute favorite band. Even though everyone made fun of me for listening to them because they are the "typical" band. I honestly thought they were great.

We pulled up to the school and I got out walking to the entrance before I felt large arms wrap around me. I jumped and turned around.

"Who the- oh..hi Michael." I groaned.

"Is someone not happy to see me?" Michael says with a pout.

"I just want to get to class." I said honesty and walked away.

"You have fifteen minutes till class starts." I heard him yell to me.

I didn't want to stand with him and just wanted to sit down. I dropped off the things I didn't need for class and went to first period being the second person there.

I took my seat and put my head down. I hadn't gotten much sleep over the weekend after finding out about my father and I was so exhausted.

"Bailey, why'd you leave? I wanted to talk." I heard Michael's voice and him sitting beside me.

"Because.." I said with a shrug.

"Today after school you need to come with me. Don't ask questions. It's important." He said with a loud sigh and started getting up.

"Why me?" I looked up confused.

"Because I've gotten you in trouble with something and I have to talk to you about it. No questions." He said and left.

I sighed and closed my eyes. What could he have done to get me in trouble? I didn't do anything.

It was third period when the announcement came on that I was being dismissed. I grabbed my things and went to the office.

"Bailey? Michael is here saying your mom had sent him to pick you up for a doctors appointment. Is this true?" The lady in the front office with ginger hair asked.

My first instinct was to say no and just go back to class but I saw Michael look at me and remembered he had gotten me supposedly in trouble.

"Ah yes she told me earlier." I said with a polite smile, which she returned.

She let me out of the school and Michael led me to his car.

"I'm missing a movie for this bullshit." I said getting in his car.

"Well you're going to start missing a lot of things starting off now." He relied in a tone that told me he wasn't in the greatest mood.

I sighed and turned the radio on immediately singing the lyrics.

"I'm coming home, I'm coming home. Did you take off while I was gone?" I sung and giggled lightly and then the radio was shut off.

"That was my favorite." I say and reach to turn it on.
