Chapter 13: "Ready"

It seems like I only had a few hours by a few I mean one. I had one hour to rest and get my strength back until a beast thin walked in and grabbed me by the arm and almost dragged me back into the thrown room.

"You're going to be fighting him for now on. Until I think you're ready to kill," the Witch said and she him she was pointing to Andrew. I took out my sword and walked up to him. He smiled at me. I smile weakly back.

"Rae listen. I need to get you out of here. Act like you are going to kill me. But don't really. She needs to know that you can kill because when Aslan comes with the others she is going to make you kill them," Andrew whispered. So if I act like a killer she will think I am as I can leave with the others when they come and save me. We started fighting and I did what he said.

"You are ready to kill. Now when your family comes to save you, I want you to kill them or I will," she said. I just nodded and then I felt the exhaustion take me over. I fell to me knees. She moved her hand into a take her away motion and Andre helped me up and brought me next to her thrown.
