"Open Up It's The Police!"

Chris shot his head back in my direction, "you better not say one fucking word" Chris warned dangerously. I froze. Oh my god. The police are here.

"you have to come down, they Can't think we're hiding you" Chris said quickly. I hopped to me feet and followed him to the front door unsteadily, Chris carefully opened the door. Three officers stepped inside, all male, "hi officer, is there something we can help you with?" Chris asked causally, seconds later Brent and Crawford stepped into the room.

"Yeah, a missing girl has been reported" The officer said, I clenched my jaw, before he begain to speak again. "We have a permit to check all properties in this community".

"Ok" Chris replied simply. The officer moved into the hallway more comfortably, "is this your girlfriend?" The officer asked suspiciously, "uh," Chris started. "Cams not here" I said under my breath, "yeah" Chris continued awkwardly.

Chris suddenly laced his hand with mine, I tried my best to seem happy. "Do you have a basement?" One officer asked, "yeah" Chris said pointing at a door in the other room. "Ok let's check there first" an officer ordered and they all followed into the room.

Chris quickly removed his hand from mine after the police left. "Here" he said quickly beginning to take off his sweater, "you need one before they begin to recognize you".

"I can get one from upstairs" I suggested, "they will hear you going up the stairs" Chris said handing me his hoodie. I looked at him for a moment but soon began to put he hoodie on,it was a bit awkward afterwards, seeing as Chris wasn't wearing a shirt underneath.

Me and Chris waited in the kitchen wile Crawford and Brent tried to look casual and watch T.V.

The police began to come up from the basement and Chris quickly whispered to me, "just go with this". Chris brought his lips to mine quickly. once the officers took notice he pulled away, but didn't remove the hand he placed on my back.

What just happened? My plan was suppose to play with their hearts. I did feel tense though, out of them all I was most scared of Chris, so it didn't help the situation.

"Were going to check the top floor" the lead officer said quickly and they all left the room. Chris removed his hand from my back for a moment.

We both heard the noise of a door closing and someone approaching the room. "This time, at least act like your enjoying yourself" Chris said before smashing his lips back into mine. I kissed back, wanting to make sure the officer didn't recognize me.

Yes, I wanted to go home. No, I didn't want to just be waiting for Chad to get me.

Chris and I kissed for a Moment before a presence was known in the room. A thud occurred and we both pulled away.

Even better, it was Cam- he dropped the water on the counter and had a confused looked covering his face.

"Cam" Chris said carefully, "the police are here, they have the right to check the property". Cam waited for a moment before replying, "wait, so because the police are here, your shirtless, she's wearing your hoodie, and your both making out?".

I mentally face palmed myself. It looked a lot worse than intended.

"Uh, you weren't here, so the police think we're dating" Chris replied quietly, "so you just thought you'd get in the part?" Cam asked. I opened my mouth but stopped myself from laughing. After everything there was a silence and everyone seemed really awkward.

"No-ugh- we though that you were the police so we didn't want them thinking we were lying" Chris stated. Cam just nodded his head and took a seat at the island.
