Clarke and Bellamy had been walking through the forest for quite a while, it was getting dark and the sun was projecting a pink colour in the sky as it set.
The only thing that could be heard was the sound of crickets and leaves crunching beneath their feet.
Bellamy's forhead was dripping with sweat from walking for so long.
Clarke looked over at him, they hadn't spoken to each other since the river and that was hours ago.
Bellamy looked at Clarke and caught her staring at him.
"What?" He mumbled.
Clarke's eyes broke away and she looked in front of her, "Nothing."
Bellamy shrugged it off, but something was still bothering his thoughts.
"Do you hear that?" Clarke asked, as she heard the sound of trickling water, crashing against rocks.
Bellamy's eyes widened in realisation as he sped closer to the source of the sound.
"Hey, wait up!" Clarke said running to catch up with the boy speeding at an alarming rate.
His legs were much longer than Clarke's meaning he could take much larger steps when running.
They stopped when they got to the river.
There was a cluster of rocks near the side of the water, where Bellamy's backpack sat.
He rushed over and grabbed it.
Mean while Clarke took this opportunity to strip down from her clothes, carefully pulling her muddy shirt over her head and peeling her jeans off of her pale legs.
She now stood bare, in nothing but a bra and underwear.
She walked into the cool water, the slight slither of moon in the sky reflecting onto the river.
Goosebumps pricked at her skin.
She continued walking until the water reached up to her shoulder blades.
She could feel Bellamy's eyes burning into her, at every step she took, deeper into the water.
"Clarke, what are you doing?" Bellamy asked, clearing his throat.
Clarke turned around, diving head first into the water and swimming to the edge of the river.
When she stood up, she threw back her head; water spraying everywhere as her hair flew back.
"What does it look like, Bellamy?" She said.
Bellamy looked at Clarke with an annoyed expression.
Since he was wearing only boxers, Bellamy didn't wait anytime hesitating before her plunged himself into the water.
He was under the water for a long time, and she began to grow nervous as he was no where to be seen.
"Bellamy?" She called, becoming more nervous every second that he didn't appear from the water.
But she was relieved at the sight of dark hair coming up to the surface, his head rising from the water.
He shook his head so that his hair would move from around his face.
Clarke swam closer to him and hit his chest.
"Ow, what was that for?" He whined.
Clarke's face was sour and vicious.
"For not coming up from the water quick enough, I was scared. I thought something had happened to you." She lectured.
He moved closer to her and wrapped his arms around her waist, "Well I'm fine, Clarke." He laughed.
Clarke looked down to see his arms around her, and raised an eyebrow.
Bellamy smirked, and then lifted her into the air and pulling her below the surface with him.
She wiggled around trying to swim back up, until her head popped out of the water again.
She was gasping for breath and her hair was matted and stuck to her face.
Bellamy rose back up in front of her, "Bellamy!" She swang her arm to hit him again, but he caught it.
"Have some fun, Princess." He said in a low husky voice.
She stared longingly at his face, a smile creeping onto her lips.
But it wasn't long before they were distracted by the snapping of twigs behind them.
She whipped her head around, panicking as she had nothing to protect herself with. Her knife was resting on a rock on the edge of the water.
She turned around seeing a group of five people.
Octavia, Murphy, Lincoln, Finn and a strange brunette girl she did not recognise, with her arm wrapped around Finn.
Her mouth widened in shock.
I'll come back and spell check this later.
