chapter 16

HHHHHH this is gonna be fun :)

I woke up from my nap and realized it was very dark outside. I checked my clock and it was 1AM. I walked downstairs to see if Cal was here. I walked into the living room to find him on the couch. I looked over the couch and found Michael on his laptop watching HBO.

"Michael, MIchael," I spoke.

"Huh? Oh, hey Ash. It's 1AM why are you up?" He asked.

" I could ask you the same thing," I crossed my arms. He scoffed and continued watching his show. I couldn't determine what he was watching until I saw him cringe.

"Game of Thrones. Of course," I whispered.

"Did you say something Ashton?" he muttered.

I nodded and walked back upstairs. Since I wasn't that tired I decided to stay up. What a good idea to think about what its going to be like if I see Luke with someone else. 

The thought felt like a stab in the chest but it was all that I could think about. I thought that he has already gotten over me due to how long it's been. I wonder how the American boys have been treating him. He's probably popular with the girls too. Knowing Luke, he will get popular fast.

Beep beep 

My phone sounded and I found I have recieved a DM. (A/N if you couldn't pinpoint it, they're in a band but they aren't reallt famous yet)

I miss you :-( It's not the same here. Every single girl has been flirting with me erm.

I chuckled as my fingers glided across the keyboard typing the message.

To: @Luke5SOS

Aw, it's okay. as long as none of them have tried to get with you. We don't want this happening again. I also have a surprise for you Lukey :)

I saw the message appear on my screen. A smile was plastered across my face.

what kind of surprise babe?

I knew that that pet name made his blush. So I thought it would be a good idea to use it.

Well, I'm gonna go to California with the rest of the boys this weekend! 

My heart fluttered. Ashton is going to extreme limits to see me again. He's going across the globe with Cal and Mike. (A/N I found this cute because they probably didn't imagine themselves doing this when they were younger and now they're doing American headline tours and stuff :') wowie)

ARE YOU SERIOUS? OH MY GOD ASHTON! I'M SO EXCITED!

Finally reunited after two months. Being seperated from Ash is hard, but I know that we will be connected by heart. He told me he was going back to bed and I said goodnight and walked downstairs to have breakfast. 

"Hey mum."

"Goodmorning Luke," she responded.

The kitchen smelled highly of bacon and eggs. I smiled and sat in front the breakfast awaiting me. She asked me how i was doing and I began to well up with tears. She walked over to me and put her comforting hand on my shoulder.

"What happens to be the problem this time?" she sounded worried.

I looked at her smiling, "Ashton's coming to America over the weekend. And I couldn't be happier."

She pulled me into a comforting embrace and my heart filled with butterflies. I can't find anyone like Ashton. I wonder why he even loves me. I mean, he's too good for m- stop doubting yourself Luke. Ashton loves me for me and that's all i could ask for.

I arrived at school and I let out a long sigh as I walked through the doors. All of the girls were staring at me and I rushed into the halls as quickly as possible. A small grin was glued onto my face and my heart beat quickened as I thought of the boys being here with me after months.

I walked to my locker and I didn't bother to rush myself today. I thought that I should just keep calm for the rest of the week. 

I walked into class and everyone looked at me. I wasn't quite sure why though.

"Mr. Hemmings, you're late. Why?" my math teacher asked. I stared at her in shock. I was actually late.

"I was uh- walking and I got distracted and lost track of time,"  I muttered.

"Sit down," she said sternly. I rushed to my seat and sat down blushing. The girl next to me was giggling and i assumed that she was giggling at me.

I couldn't really pay attention for the rest of the period because I saw a guy in the front of the class who looked really familiar. He looked like, Andy. No way. It couldn't have been him. I was so sure that he was gone. I was so sure he was dead. I must be dreaming. That's not Andy, he's gone. 

"Hi, Luke," he called out to me. How did he know me? No, this can't be.

"Um, hi?" I scooted a little further than I already was.

"I think i have met you before," he stated.

I was so confused. Maybe it wasn't Andy and I'm going insane. Maybe all of this is just a hallucination. that would make sense right? 

"Who even are you?" I quietly muttered so he probably couldn't hear.

He cocked his head at me, confused. I told him it was nothing and continued my work. He didn't seem to go away. He just sat there, looking at me. I thought that he would go away shortly after but he stayed next to me for what seemed like hours.

"Okay, do you have an issue with me?" I asked, trying not to sound rude.

"Oh, no. I'm just trying to remember where I've seen you before," he murmered.

"Maybe Australia?" I whispered.

"Australia! Yeah!" he yelled.

My eyes widened, "Andy?"

"Yeah, Luke. Nice to see you remember me. This while playing dumb thing was getting old," my heart began to race.

Andy was never dead. He just moved to America, but made it seem as if someone killed him. And his uncle was a police officer. He get them all in on this.

What. Okay wow long overdue update sorry
