The fourth circle GREED

I want him.

I want to take what's inside him and make it mine.

Yes, I'm going crazy...

And everyone around me is getting affected.

Because I was projecting.

So everywhere I go right now goes crazy too.

That's why even though I don't want to go home and get questioned by my family, I did for the safety of everybody else.

"What's up,sis?!" -Grey greeted me as he barge in to my room. "Your home often this days"

"Nothing, go away!"- I shooed him while covering myself with a blanket. As if that's going to make any difference.

" hey, are you all right?"-grey took on a worried note.

"I'm fine"- I replied

" and now you've learned how to say the most common human lie"

"Stop it okay, stop prying, just go away!"- I shouted at my brother getting out under the blanket to look for something that I can throw at him.

" wai-wait, why are your eyes green?"- its been a while since I made my brother this concerned.

He move closer and sat in front of me.

"Arrgghh..." -I shouted in frustration. Now my eyes are green.

"Hades"- grey whisphered

" no! Did you just call our brother "-I protested

" yes!"

And just like that another of my brothers came barging in my room.. Atleast they've learned by now not to materialize inside my room.

"Whats wrong?"- hades asked " woah!"- his reaction. After seeing me.

"Is this what I think this is"- grey asked.

" yup, definitely... So, letha for an immortal what are you getting greedy of?"-hades asked

"Its nothing, it will pass. I just have to stay here for a century and it will go away. I won't feel like this anymore"

I hid my face between my knees and tears started falling.

I don't know why I'm being emotional but the empty feeling in my stomach is so strong it hurts.

"You should take it whatever it is you should take it so that you won't feel this way... It not like you'll get punished you already live in hell."-grey said.

"No, she can't"-hades said

" why not?!"- Eros going in together with our other siblings.

Now all of my brothers are in my room.
I hate grey for his lack of privacy.

"our sister, Is greedy for the one thing she cannot have"- Hades

"An angel's light" -Eros

"I told you I'll be fine after a century"- I insisted

" have you seen samael? a century wasn't enough, he's still going insane. Your system will continue to protest and torture you" -ceb

"But there will be consequences namely handing her over to heaven if she took an angel's light"- phyl

"But heaven doesn't do punishments that's why there's hell."-grey

" what of those casted out of heaven and ripped of their wings, aren't those punishments? Heaven could also get crafty with punishments"- ceb

"Enough!"- I shouted at them " get out!"

"Lei, tell us who it is and will do something"-grey

" no, I would deal with this alone"

I took a cyclops eyes.

Cyclops are one of hells creatures their mostly at my dads place so I went there and carved out an eye out he has three so he won't miss one.

Cyclops eye can deceive you make you see something else or not see something.

I handed it to grey so he can make it into an artifact that will fool everyone and so they would see my normal eyes and not the green eyes I'm currently sporting.

"Here, even angels would be fooled by this" -grey said handing me a bracelet with the eye looking like a bead or gemstone.

"I really think you should stay a little longer" -he said worriedly

"I'm fine, I feel calmer now"

"You also downed a whole bottle of ambrosia"

"Look I have to face this OK, i'll be fine"

"I wish I could help you Letha, but you always dream of things that's impossible for us to have"

I feel guilty, I have everything, loving parents and brothers I'm spoiled. But it was not enough for me.

"This is our punishment isn't it wanting things that weren't for us because dad took what he wanted" - Eros popped up beside me in the bench as I watch people go by my campus.

"Its not as if dad stole mum, they love each other. Why should we be punished for that?" I asked

"She was not meant for him she was adam's" he replied

"Love is always suppose to win, even for us. That's why I still believe you'll see her again the human that you loved"

One of the reason Eros never gave in to earthly pleasures is because he already have someone in his heart and she is the only thing he wants.

"That's thousand of years ago Letha, you need to stop being a romantic, even if she gets reborn we're still not meant to be with humans, and angels they are of limits"

"Why do you guys let me do this then?"

"And what will you do if we tell you not to. Your strong willed, we know your search for a human existence , companion is fruitless. We just don't want to see the light go off your eyes"

"I'm sorry"

"Don't be sorry my favorite sister, I've watched you grow up, seen you as you listens to the great stories of the souls in limbo , you almost have the same love like the love god for humans"

"I'm you're only sister"

Eros laughed at my remark. It was just me and Emily who could make him laugh but right now it just me and I'm not frequently by his side.

"Remember, she's our secret, let her stay in your memory only"

"She deserves more"

"She's being remembered by all human being but our memory of her is more sacred. I need to get going. Remember you have us, you don't need to get hurt just come home we're there for you"

And he started walking away. Which was odd because usually he just vanishes.
