Caoimhe's POV

Today, Paddy told me to skip school because he wants me to suffer from what he does everyday. Today, I did the laundry and also did the dishes. Today, I went to the grocery store and buy more stuffs. Today, I haven't touched my phone for once due to so many errands.

It's already 4 pm and I just finished cleaning our small living room. Now the last thing that's on my list is to buy Paddy some books

"Paddy where's your lists?!" I screamed at him since the football game that's on the TV is so loud. Paddy didn't answer so I went near to him. I saw a pack of cigarettes laying on his lap and some ashes were on the floor "Paddy, I literally just cleaned your room!" I exclaimed, He ignored me and threw a paper in my direction. I picked it up and saw a list of books he wants to buy. I sighed and placed it in my pocket

I decided to just walk to the bookstore since it isnt that far away

As I arrived there, I saw someone that I definitely don't want to see today, and that someone is Annie

"Oh, Hey Caoimhe" she smiled, wtf how did she know my name "Come and sit here, I need to tell you something" she suggested and my insticts instantly told me not to sit "Eh I'm sorry I'm actually in a hurry right now?" I lied "No,no, don't worry, I promise I'll make it quick" she smiled again. I sighed in defeat and sat infront of her "Okay, if you aren't gonna tell me EVERYTHING, you are gonna get fucked." Annie whispered "Now tell me, where were you and Blake yesterday?" she asked

shit, should I tell her? No, you dumbass but like, nothing happened yesterday, me and Blake were just hanging out and nothing more. No no no, dont say that, JUST LIE TO HER! what if she'll caught me lying? NO SHE WONT, just say it, NO

"Oh, um, I-i wasn't with him yesterday, I was just staying at home" I lied "Alright liar do you actually think I'd believe that?" she laughed "I'm actually being honest right now" I said while staring right into her eyes. "Okay then, if other people tells otherwise then you already know what's gonna happen'' she winked and left.

What the hell did she meant by that?

I stood up from the wooden stool and instantly find the books that was listed on the paper.

Its 5 pm and I finally saw the last book on Paddy's list but the problem is.. I'm too short to reach the book from the highest part of the rack. My eyes roam around the shop to find a tall person and thankfully I found one

"Hey! hey excuse me sir!" I half shouted, the guy turned around to me face me and instantly jogged his way to my direction. As he keeps getting nearer and nearer, the more I realize that his face seems familiar

When the guy was about 2 meters away from me I realized that it is Reece Bibby, I got shocked and basically froze in my place, I dont know what to say to him.

"Which book miss?" He asked in his northern accent "Oh um.. that" I awkwardly pointed at the book and he nodded as he raised his arm to take it.

"Thanks" I said as he gave the book to me "Do you want some help?" He asked as he saw me carrying tons of books "No, uhm its okay" I smiled at him "No its clearly not" he said as he took 5 books from my arms and now im only carrying 2 "Need more books?, I can help you find them" Reece offered "Nah, we're all finished" I chuckled as he nodded

We then went to the cashier and ofcourse payed for the books "I am Reece by the way" he randomly introduced himself. OFCOURSE I KNEW YOU WERE REECE BIBBY ALL ALONG

"Oh, Im Caoimhe" I said to him "Hey we should grab some coffee, you look so tired" he suggested "Yeah I actually am, I forgot to grab one earlier this morning" I sighed

We instantly went on our way to The Monocle Deli which is the nearest coffee shop from the bookstore.

After we ordered a coffer. We instantly found a seat for two since there isnt much people in the shop, Reece opened his mouth and closed it again. I looked at him confused. "What?" I asked "Are you from Northern Ireland?" He asked and I laughed "Im from Cork" I corrected "Why did you look scared?" I laughed again "I dont know to be honest" he shrugged "So what made you come here?" I asked "My dad asked me to meet these 2 lads whom I have never met before" ofcourse, he's only here to meet Blake & George "What about you? What made you come here?" He asked

"Reece & Caoimhe!" The girl called out "Ill take it" Reece said and I nodded

He came back to his seat looking sad "Awe, what's wrong?" I asked "They misspelled my name again" he replied

I looked at his cup and it has Rhys on it.

I also looked at my cup and it has Kayva.

"Mines worse though" I laughed "Wait, how do you spell your name?" He asked "C-A-O-I-M-H-E" I spelled out and his mouth dropped "you're kidding right" he said "Nope, it's an irish name" I laughed "But that doesnt sound Keeva at all!" He exclaimed "Blame my ancestors for making all of these stuffs" I said

It's already 6pm and we just finished our coffee.. I know, we actually enjoyed each other's company which made us stay in the coffee shop a bit longer.

I told Reece about my family and he told me his. He even told me that his current relationship isnt working really well and that him and his girlfriend (which is obviously Anais, dont tell him I know ok ;)) are always on and off.

As we went out at the coffee shop. Reece gave me a one sided hug (lol) and we also exchanged numbers as I waited for my uber.

After 3 mins, my uber finally arrived

"Bye Reece! It was nice talking to you!" I screamed out from the car window and he just waved in reply
