My head was throbbing as I woke up, I eventually passed out on the attic with George. George is still snoring so loud and I decided to go to the bathroom to find some aspirin. As I went downstairs, I saw Zel "Zel, I can explain" I said "Its okay, George told me last night you were really drunk so he decided to let you sleep here" Zel said "Oh" was all I said as I went in the bathroom. Thankfully, I found some aspirin and drank it ofcourse.

"So, what happened to Annie?'" I asked Zel as I sat beside her on the couch "Her parents were so mad and they were asking who did it to their daughter but no one said a word since Blake asked them not to" She said "So now Blake is on my side instead of defending his girlfriend?" I asked shocked "His ex-girlfriend" She corrected "Right, but how did he managed to ask them not to say something?" I asked Zel and she just shrugged "I have no idea to be honest, Blake is a smart guy so you dont have to worry about him"

I sighed as I took a look around George's house but then when my eyes reached to Zel again, I realized she's on her uniform, shit, its Thursday. "Zel, do you have any extra uniform, my uniform smells" I said "Oh yeah let me just take it okay? and yeah, Can you please also wake George up, he's going to be late" she said "Wait, what if ill just take the uniform at your place while you stay here with George" I suggest "Seems like a good idea" She smiled as she handed me her keys " Im only 4 houses away from George" she said and then I left.

When I arrived at her house, I saw no one here. Everything is just peaceful. I went in and saw a really clean house. Everything here is so organized. I instantly know where Zel's bedroom is as I saw a DO NOT DISTURB sticker posted on the door. I instantly went to her wardrobe and saw an extra uniform, As I took it, something fell off on the ground. Its a newly bought book and the title sounds really ineresting but then as I tried to put it back, something fell off again. They are polaroid photos of Zela and a girl? The photos seems to be recent, Its probably Zel's childhood friend or something. I placed it back on her book and finally placed the book back in her wardrobe without something falling off again?

I decided to only take a half bath in Zel's house since George is gonna use the shower on his home today. I changed into Zel's uniform and added tons of make up since I look like shit.

I checked Zel's house once again before locking it. I came back to George's house and returned Zel's keys and get my bag. I was so grateful that i brought a mouth spray with me. The three of us went to school together and I saw Blake standing near my locker. "We need to talk" he said and I sighed but said yes anyways.

We sat on the bench outside the school building as Blake started talking "I am really sorry about yesterday. I broke up with Annie" he said "I know, Zel told me" I responded "I actually feel kinda sorry about Annie but she deserved it" he laughed "She was right, Blake you're an asshole" I laughed. "Wanna go somewhere?" He asked "Blake, we can't just ditch school" I replied "Yes we can, the school gates are still open since its still
early" he said "Where shall we go then?" I asked "Thats a secret" he winked

I hesitated at first but then still ended up sitting behind Blake's bike. There is something about him that can't make me say no, I just don't know anymore.

We then arrived in a Canal "This is the Macclesfield Canal" he said "Wow, this looks beautiful" I said as I my eyes were appreciating the beauty of nature in this place. Noth of us stepped out of the bike and we walked through the small bridge. "I know you'd like it here" he smiled "Blake, can I ask you a question?" I nervously asked "Okay" he simple replied

This is it, I am gonna ask him the thing that has been burning in my brain lately

"Why have you dated Annie?" I asked as he sighed. "Annie's parents and my parents were good friends, Annie was also really kind when we used to be childhood friends but when we started dating, she turned into a complete monster." he explained "I am sorry I did that to her though" I slowly said thinking about Annie's bloody face. "I am sorry she did that to you too" Blake said.

"Hey, we should sit there" He suggested as he pointed at a clear space beside the river.

We went there and we just looked at the surroundings without saying a word to each other. I am pretty sure his thoughts are full just like mines so we didnt bother to talk.

After a few minutes of complete silence, Blake finally said a word "Why do you love nature so much?" he asked "Because they remind me of home" I simply replied "What was it like to live in Ireland though?" He asked as he finally made an eye contact with me "As I've said, everyone loves to get drunk" I said and he laughed "No but seriously, the weather there is rainy, just like here. There are so many beautiful landscapes like the Cliffs of Moher and also soo many green grasses. I once went to Ballygrace when I was a child and everything was so green" I said as I was reminiscing the place "I forgot to add something, You all say my accent is weird but believe me, there's so much worse in Ireland" I joked
