Izuku P.O.V.

I woke up in darkness. It was cold and I felt something hard pressed against my back as I laid there in a new and unknown place. I began freaking out and tried to get up only to find that I had been restrained to the table I was lying on. 'What should I do?! Should I--'

My thoughts were interrupted with the sound of a swinging door coming from somewhere in the direction of where the top of my head was. But as my head was restrained as well, I was unable to turn it however to look at whoever had entered the room so all I could do was wait with unease until said person would come into my vision.

"Well well well. I didn't think it was true but seems like they actually managed to get you, didn't they kid," a sneering voice spoke from inside the room followed by the clang of the shutting door and brightness as the lights were turned on in the room.

Izuku took a quick look around the room to take in his surroundings. However, there wasn't much to go on, especially since he couldn't turn his head around all that much so all he really saw was the ceiling and small bits of the room. The ceiling had an old and flashing light turned on glaring an ugly yellow color at him. The bulb flickered on and off at random times giving hints of needing to be changed. The yellow color painted the rest of the room into an ugly throw-up color. The walls were old with the paint cracking and fraying off of it. There was no furniture in the room besides what Izuku was lying on as far as he could see in his limited vision.

The voice belonged to a person who Izuku didn't recognize as they stepped into his view. The man was slim with dark, spikey hair. He wore dark blue pants that reached above his ankles and a matching coat over a simple white shirt, along with dark shoes. He also had many piercings in both ears as well as a nostril piercing. This isn't what caught Izuku's attention though as his eyes widened. The man had large patches of skin that were purple and deeply wrinkled. These were help together to the rest of him by crude surgical staples and stiches. (A/N: If you didn't get it, since I'm not having him say his name just yet, this is Dabi lol. I don't wanna sound stupid if I'm just pointing out something pretty obvious, but I just wanna make sure)

"W-who are y-you? A-and w-where am I?" Izukuk asked the man before criticizing himself in his mind. 'Really...what am I thinking. That's like the most cliché question to ask after being kidnapped/captured or whatever this is. Now I can't judge people in the movies who ask this because I myself am like that....Wait, what am I thinking. A villain is right in front of me and here I am thinking of movies with cliché lines...'  (A/N: as you can see, my brain has gone out the window. I blame school and lack of sleep. Sorry, continuing!)

The man just smirked down at him though as he started fumbling with something near Izuku.

'Yup...I'm stupid. Of course he wouldn't answer that. It's like when in horror movies the person asks "Who's there" like obviously whoever is after them will actually answer,' he chastised himself.

His thoughts were once more cut off short as the man with purple patches moved something over Izuku's head. It was this sort of weird looking machine with wires and gadgets all over the place. It gave him a real uneasy feeling especially since the man was giving him a wicked grin as he started placing the wires and such all over Izuku's body and especially around his head. Izuku tried to resist but to no avail.

"Hey now, squirm anymore and you'll just make this so much worse for yourself," the man gleefully yet darkly told Izuku. But this made Izuku try to resist even more as he started panicking about his situation, but only to get a punch in the gut from the man which stopped him long enough for the man to finish setting everything up.

The man sighed a little in annoyance after he finished and turned the machine on. Izuku stared wide eyed at the machine when suddenly he felt a sharp pressure on the side of his neck only to see the man take a syringe out, now empty. Izuku had no idea what the syringe had contained but he started feeling pressure in his brain as all this thoughts started rushing through his mind like some people say this happens moments before they die.
