Annie's POV
I woke up at around 6 am , that means mom and dad are still home.
They usually go to work around 7:30 or 8 am.
I brushed my teeth first and went downstairs.
Breakfast is ready and I assume, mom and dad are already getting ready for work.
I decided to eat my breakfast and checked my twitter.
People are tweeting me nonstop. I love how they become so happy just by getting a reply from me.
"Good morning, hon. Up so early??" Mom said as she walked up to the kitchen countertop where I was having breakfast and grabbed an apple.
"Maybe coz' I slept early last night. You're not gonna have grilled cheese?" I asked. I actually woke up early on purpose. Hoping that they already have their answer.
"We already had one" She answered while putting the apple on her bag...
"Uhmm. Mom??" I said while trying to find out the right words to ask them If they'll already allow me to join a band.
"yes, hun??" She said while checking the time on her watch.
"Uhmmm. Uhh. I just wan-----"
"Hey Sweety, you ready?? We need to go now" Dad suddenly asked coming out of nowhere. Greaaat. I wasn't able to finish my sentence.
"Oh yea. Just a minute!" She told dad. Then turned to me "So, what were you sayin again?"
"Nothing important mom, I'll just.....Tell you later. You're getting late" I don't want to ask them while they're rushing out.
"Oh yeah right. Take care of yourself while we're not around, okay??" She said then kissed my cheek.
Dad did the same..
"Bye mom and dad, take care" I said.
I was about to stand up and get milk from the fridge when my phone rang.
"Hey Ri" I said as I picked up the phone.
"Sup Annie? Did your mom and dad already allowed u to be a part of the band??" He asked
"No. Not yet, I don't know. They already left for work" I said looking down.
"Don't worry, it'll be okay. Don't be sad about it. Let's just not talk about it now. You home???" He asked.
"Oh yeah. Why??" Then I remembered I was about to get milk so I stood up to get some.
"Can I come over??" He asked.
"Yeah, ofc. " I said while pouring some milk.
"Great! I'll be there after an hour" He sounds too excited.
"I should be getting ready, then." I said
"Yes! See you in an hour! Bye!" He said then hung up.
I cleaned up the kitchen countertop and headed to the bathroom to take a quick shower.
After that I changed into my comfy tank top and sweat pants.
I just let my hair dry naturally since that's what I usually do.
After a couple of minutes, I heard to door bell rang so I ran down to open the door.
"Slightly early, huh?" I said after opening the door.
"Oh. Thanks for the welcome!" He said then laughed "I got a bit excited, i guess" Then he just shrugged
"You look so pretty and fresh, btw" he added then went straight to the living room and sat and the couch. .
