After school, I put my suit on and strap my web-shooters to my wrists. I stash my bag, before heading to the OsCorp building. If Harry's dad was killed in a mysterious lab explosion, I have to get to the bottom of this for his sake. As I land on a roof adjacent to the OsCorp building, I see cops already surrounding the area. I don't see Captain Stacy, but I do see another familiar officer; Lieutenant Jean DeWolff. "Hey, Spidey," She greets me, as I land.

"Hey, Lieutenant. What happened here?" I ask her.

"Some big demonstration ended in an explosion and at least seven dead, including Norman Osborn...until he vanished," Jean says.

"Vanished? How could a dead guy just...vanish?"

"We don't know, one of the survivors who worked in the lab saw Norman there one second, then gone another. And to top it all off, a man wearing a prototype suit of body armor was seen fleeing the scene only minutes after the accident."

"Hmm, I'll check it out."

"You can't go into the lab. There's an experimental gas still flowing through the area. The man in the armor, a few of us are calling 'Scorpion' because the survivor described him as having a large tail on the suit, left a hole in the building. We have a few officers following that lead now."

"Ok, thank you," I say, leaping into the air. "I'll look out for 'Scorpion'!" I swing to the back of the building and land in front of the hole in the wall. I turn around and follow a trail of rubble that Scorpion left until it leads me to a sewer entrance.

"It's always the sewers..." I say to myself, before leaping in. I follow the narrow tunnel for a few minutes before I start seeing unconscious cops. "Uh oh."

I come to the end of the tunnel and see a ladder that leads to a manhole cover, that's been opened. I jump into the air and start climbing the ladder. A few feet away, I see the man in the experimental body armor...The Scorpion.

"Hey! Mr. Scorpion," I say, to get his attention. He turns around and stares at me.

"Back off!" He says, in a gruff tone. "I took down those cops and I'm not afraid to take you down, either!"

"I don't want to hurt you, but I can't just let you just go around, attacking cops like that. So, I'm going to have to take you in," I tell him.

"Like hell, you will!" He shouts, lunging at me. I leap above his tail, to avoid the strike.

"Oh, so that's how you want to play it?" I ask, a little too excitedly. "So be it!"

I shoot a web at his tail, as I land and yank him towards me. I go to punch him, but he turns around and whips me into the side of a building with his tail. "You should've left me alone, kid!"

I pick myself back up and dodge another swing of his tail, that leaves a noticeable dent in the building. I slide under the tail and punch him in the chest when I get up. He stumbles back but doesn't fall. I shoot a web at his gut and pull him forward, punching him again, but this time in the face.

I jump into the air and kick his neck, and he starts coughing after stumbling some more. "Enough!" He shouts, before shooting something from his tail. It hits me before I land and get knocked into the pavement. I see him turn around and run further into the city.

"Great..." I say, in a daze. I pull myself up and scale a building, to get a vantage point to track him. I see him running down the street, in the middle of traffic, before I leap off the building and swing towards him.
