Her brown hair cascaded down her shoulders, and the way her eyes had shone red while adjusting to the light of the room. She had an air of authority around her, but not so much that it developed the room. Lydia felt her heart jump almost as she realised who was standing in front of her, but it wasn't the strawberry blonde who the girl looked at.
Her eyes met Scott's first, and the air in the room suddenly felt a lot more heavier.
"Levi."

There was silence. A heart pounding silence that was something unreal to Levi.
The glint of the dim lights shone against his tanned face, his squint jawline reflecting the phone screen that had been below him. He slowly stood, the air still thick and heavy between the teenagers and the man that looked at the missing girl.
She could smell everything that she had missed. Lydia, Malia, the sheriff, Melissa's home cooking even drifted through the room despite its absence. And Scott, she could truly appreciate his scent now.
Standing there, the girl felt everything come back to her. This house wasn't just Scott's house to her, it was the house she would always associate her pack with.
Scott took a gulp, eying the girl as his breath caught in his throat. He remembered everything now. Levi Hale was here.
He remember the first time they had ever really spoken, she had been in the woods the night Cora and Boyd went rampage. He hadn't known about her then.
"Levi? You're okay, you're safe." He said comfortingly as he grabbed her waist and gently lifted her down from the branch. She let out a deep breath and hugged him, which the wolf wasn't shocked by. He had just saved her.
He remembered finding out she wasn't proud to be an alpha.
"Everyone who is an alpha is an alpha for a reason. Those reasons tend to be ruthless. It a dog eat dog world – be killed or kill. Becoming an alpha means you took the kill option. Not alot of alphas regret it. But I do everyday."
The words swung in his head, triggering another flashback. He was carrying Levi, they had both lost their first loves due to the nogitsune.
Scott looked down at the younger alpha in his arms and noticed her eyes were shut and she had fallen asleep out of exhaustion. He lightly pushed a strand of hair away from her eyes and gently kissed her forehead before noticing they were back at his house. He said goodbye to his friends and gently lifted her from the car and entering his house.
He opened the door to the guest bedroom and flicked the light on just enough so he could see comfortably. He pulled back the covers on the bed and placed Levi down, and tucking her in. As he turned around, he smiled at his mother who was standing at the doorway watching. She held her arms out and Scott walked into them, pulling her tightly to him.
More memories flooded back to him, all about the alpha standing before him.
She rushed forward and Scott caught her, hugging her tightly and burying his head in her hair.
"I thought we'd never get you back, Levi." He muttered and she rolled her eyes before moving out of the hug.
"You underestimate me."
________
Scott pressed against her lips, pushing her backwards as he lifted her so she was sitting on his desk. Her legs found their way to wrap themselves around his waist, their lips still attached to each other like it was a vital life support. One hand rested at the base of Scott's neck, while her other was weaving itself into his hair as she moaned into the kiss. His hands slid down from her back to her waist, pulling her in even tighter to him. She wrapped her body around his, and the alpha's found that they fitted perfectly.
________
"You better not forget me, Scott McCall," she whispered against his lips as she moved into him for a farewell kiss."I could never forget you, Levi Hale."
Scott snapped out of his memories, realising that he had broken the last promise he had made the girl. So much had happened since he had made the promise, but for him, it was like no time had passed.
Her hair still shone in the glow, the soft eyes reflecting the light due to the tears she was trying to hold back.
He sighed, a smile shooting across his face as he flung himself towards her.
His lips hit hers with as much passion as she could give. Their tears both brought a salty tasty to their lips but neither of the teenage alphas could find it in themselves to care. It was like they had found their missing halves - which it was.
Levi and Scott had always fit together so perfectly, and this was a reunion that brought no dry eyes to the McCall house. Malia was even tearing up at the reunion, having had her own memories of her cousin come back to her. Liam was confused how he could have forgot one of the people who turned in, and Lydia felt her heart almost burst at the love she remembered she had for the alpha. Levi had been the only thing that kept her sane after Allison died.
"Don't let go," Scott murmured into her neck as they hugged, holding on to her tightly as if she was going to disappear.
"I will never leave you," Levi replied, taking a step back to look around at the remaining members of the pack.
She hugged them all, but it was more emotional when she held Lydia. The strawberry blonde still felt like a piece of her was gone - Stiles - but she felt more whole than previously. They all missed Stiles, but only Levi and Noah could remember the lanky boy.
Noah placed a hand on her shoulder, looking at the girl as he asked the main question on his mind.
"Where is my son?"
Levi smiled at the man, trying to reassure him that it would be okay.
"He's okay, he's alive," she replied, causing them all to sign in relief as they learnt that their friend was okay. "But we need to get him back."

There was nothing they could do until sunrise. The ghost riders were less likely to attack during the day, so they decided they would act on the plan of remembering Stiles to hopefully pull him through the rift.
Levi found herself curled up against Scott as they lay on the loveseat in the living room. The pack was spread out, having agreed there was safety in numbers. He ran a hand through her hair as she snuggled in tighter to his his chest.
Burrowing her neck into the collar of his plaid shirt she let out a sigh as he hummed lightly in response to her movement. They had both missed this.
She flicked her eyes around the room, looking at the sleeping bodies of Lydia, Liam and Malia. Lydia was sleeping across the couch, Malia's head resting on her legs. Liam lay spread out on the rug next to Malia, his mouth open as he snored lightly. They all hadn't had much sleep recently, and Levi almost felt guilt for when she would inevitably have to wake them in crack of dawn.
"They're our responsibility," Levi muttered to Scott, a proud look in her eye as she studied the remaining members of her pack.
"Nothing is going to happen to them," Scott agreed, linking hands with Levi as they both got closer to the edge of being asleep.
"Tomorrow, we're going to save Beacon Hills."
