"I'll miss you guys," Levi muttered, squinting at the ceiling as she ignored how Lydia and Malia both shared grins as they sat up to look at her.
"Did I hear her right Malia?"
"I think we must be imagining things! Levi Hale admitting she'll miss us?"
The girls both laughed as Levi groaned, pushing both of their shoulders. The girls squealed at each other as they all burst into laughter at their actions.

Levi smiled at Scott as he closed the trunk of Stiles' jeep. He leaned over, pressing a kiss to her lips as they both climbed into the front of the truck. Just as Levi went to remind him that Stiles had said there was a specific way to start the engine, a piece of paper fluttered down from the sunshield.
Scott and Levi both narrowed their eyes, before Scott laughed lightly and turned it to show Levi. Stiles' messy handwriting brought a smile to her face, along with the instructions to 'be gentle' with his beloved Roscoe.
"Let's get you to UC Davis then," Levi smiled, having planned to stay in Scott's dorm the first few nights to help him get settled in. Malia was due to leave in an hour or so, while Lydia was leaving that night too.
Scott rested his hand on her knee for a second before moving it to turn on the ignition. They both stared at the dashboard lights as the car failed to turn over the first time. He huffed a little before remembering Stiles' instructions to be gentle with the car.
Slowly turning the key, they both cheered as the engine turned on and the lights shone brightly in front of them. However, their excitement was short-lived as the lights illuminated Lydia who was standing in between the car and the garage door, causing Levi and Scott to yell out in shock.
Levi felt a small pit of dread fill her as she saw the spooked look that was resting in Lydia's eyes.
"We can't leave."

"Oui, oui!" Malia yelled as her flight turned back on track and was no longer delayed. She jumped to her feet, grabbing her bags as she turned to leave the room, only to be met with the awkward faces of Scott, Lydia and Levi. "No! No, no, no, no, no, no. It's just rats. Rats and wolves, and maybe a little bug problem!"
Levi stepped forward, shrugging as she rested a hand on Malia's arm. The girl nudged her off, turning her attention back to Lydia and Scott as she waited for them to move away from the doorframe to let her leave.
"We need you." Lydia stated, tilting her head slightly as she studied the girl.
"And I need Paris!" Malia countered, trying to convince them to let her go without making her fight or try to solve another supernatural problem.
"Paris has been around for 2,000 years, it's not going anywhere," Lydia replied, knowing that there was nothing the other girl could say to counteract that. Levi smiled at Malia as the girl turned to face her, thinking that she was going to be nice.
However, Malia simply walked right past her and began to open the window ready to jump out of. She was not for staying in Beacon Hills for any longer when she had the opportunity to just go straight to Paris.
"Malia. Liam and Mason called."
"Yeah. They've got it covered!" Malia brushed it off as she opened the window fully. Levi rolled her eyes at the theatrics of it all but kept her mouth shut as Scott and Lydia were always better than her with words.
"We can't make you stay, and I don't wanna try. But we were hoping that maybe you would want to."
"Well, I don't." Malia said, watching as the boy moved from the doorway to allow her to exit Lydia's house normally.
