I'm screaming right now, help! Okay so when I was rewatching sticks flashback of drago, I screamed.
I didn't notice this before but next to drago is krogan!

This explains so much.... So remember in the episode where the hunters were selling toothless and Krogan was going to buy him?
He works for drago, explains why he is the highest bitter. And then I believe he was taking all those fish from outcast island? So he took it because in berserker island there was a dragon probkem, and in the caves were ice. That looks like the bewilder beast ice. So he took the fish for the dragon! Now back to tooth.
He was buying him because he found out about a night fury that belonged to the riders (probably) and saw that as a problem, so to stop it he came and (try to) buy him.
