Niall's POV

I drove home from school, my slight frown staying on my lips as I was passing by Justin's house.

My eyes widened as I slowed down to see Justin's Dad wheeling Justin inside the house with a bit of a struggle.

I bit my lip, wanting to go over, but shook my head, speeding up to get home.

I pulled in my driveway, running inside and to Greg's room.

"Greg, Justin's home." I said, plopping on his bed. He looked at me.

"Are you going to see him?" Greg asked. I shrugged. "Niall, why haven't you even visited him? The poor guy hasn't seen you in over a month or two."

"I can't see him." I mumbled, frowning.

"You can't? Bullshit, I already know what goes on and what you've both been plotting... listen, I helped fix your car..." Greg sighed, "I did that because you and Justin love each other, and that poor kid is going back to the only place he's been trying to run from. The only difference now, is that he doesn't have you, and he needs you."

I frowned, looking down, "I just, I feel like I'm never gonna be enough for him."

"You will, now do what's right, Niall. Go be his knight in shining armour." Greg patted my shoulder, "I know he's waiting."

Justin's POV

I rubbed my arms as I laid on the bed. My Dad was kind enough to carry me to my room and place me here, the only problem is that he didn't bring my wheelchair up, and now I was stuck here, while my Dad was in the lounge, drinking again.

He told me that he's going to stay away from me when he's drinking.

I was pretty bored, staring up at the ceiling. I frowned, pushing myself to shift up more. It was a struggle and a half,

I groaned in a bit of pain. The doctors said I was likely to suffer back pain.

There was a knock at the door, causing me to look over, "What?" I mumbled out.

The door opened and my heart clenched at the view in front of me. Someone I barely expected to ever see again.

I looked away from him, eyes watering up.

"Justin, I'm sor-"

"No." I swallowed, shaking my head as I cut off Niall, "No, go away."

"Please listen to me, baby..." Niall said softly as he walked over  and sat on my bed.

"I don't want to, I don't want to hear it." I shook my head more.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry I didn't visit. I'm sorry I didn't come here and help you, I'm sorry I didn't support you." He leant over, grasping my face in his hands and looking down at me.

Tears fell as I looked up in his baby blue eyes.

"You promised you'd never leave me. I had no one... I have no one." I sniffled.

"No, you got me. I was just scared."

"Scared?" I scoffed, "You're the one who gets to run away, I'm the one stuck." I wiped my tears, glaring at him.

"I was scared that you'd hate me, Justin... If we ran away earlier we wouldn't be in this position. I fucked up our lives telling you to wait." Niall sighed.

I swallowed, "I don't hate you for that."

"I'm sorry for leaving you on your own." Niall frowned, "I want to make it up to you..."

"How?" I sniffled a little.

"Let's runaway. Tonight."

"Are you serious?" I smiled a little.

Niall smiled, "Yeah, let's go."
